For other events, the Dunkin Donuts Center is completely fine, but for concerts, especially last night's, was awful. There is was security or staff anywhere past the front gates. Letting people in is also tough and security is a primary concern. I think the arena did a decent job here to make sure thst guests were properly scanned and bags were checked.

The entire arena was a mess after that though. It was chaos everywhere else. There was no staff to lead you to your seat. There was no lights on any floor/row to indicate where you were going. There was structure or order checking tickets. Stairs and paths were blocked because nobody was patrolling and telling people to sit.

The seating areas were also awful. I was seated in section 114, but the entrance to my seat was actually section 115 and walking down a path, but I never would have known, had I had not spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get to my seat in the dark. The seats were generally uncomfortable and were so tightly packed together that my knees were almost touching the person in front of me. Even if a petite adult was trying to pass by, the entire row needed to empty to allow them passage out of the row.

This arena was fine for a hockey game, but terrible for a concert.
