1 month ago I canceled a liability insurance for my 88 year old mother, who has been a customer of the Rhineland for decades. Not only did it take 1 month until the termination was finally processed with an objection, no position was taken on the fact that an 88-year-old lady definitely does not need liability insurance and has never needed it for 30 years. The insurance was completely talked about unnecessarily, but after I had checked everything and, of course, immediately canceled as soon as I took over the management, everything was extended by 1 year, no sign of goodwill, although it had been cashed in uselessly for decades. NEVER AGAIN RHEINLAND INSURANCE !!!

My request to forego the completely inflated demands, since no letter has reached me, was not granted. I have been a customer of this insurance company for 30 years and have always paid all premiums on time. As of today I have canceled all insurance.
