Unfortunately I have had bad experiences as a good customer of Rheinland Versicherung for many years. I haven't received an invoice. After an unsuccessful reminder, the matter was forwarded to a debt collection company. This then persistently sent letters to an old address where I have not lived for 20 years. My request to forego the completely inflated demands, since no letter has reached me, was not granted. I have been a customer of this insurance company for 30 years and have always paid all premiums on time. As of today I have canceled all insurance.
