In my opinion one of the worst and most uncooperative insurance companies that are neither customer-oriented nor accommodating.

Unfortunately, I have been a customer there for 7 years now and have tried several times to cancel within 2 years and the letter is permanently not fully recognized. Allegedly "this and that" is missing all the time, which is why I would not expect anyone to take this insurance. I will visit a lawyer within the next few days and / or hire another insurance company to do so.

As a customer, you just feel like being said "Tricked" in German!
