RG Realty and its principal, Roberto Gonzales, has been the primer listing and sales agency for multi-family real estate in Hagerstown and Washington County Maryland for years and for very good reason. They are the best. Superior knowledge of the market. Lighting telephone responses and call backs. This group never closes shop. True Story: I was up very late looking at properties in Hagerstown when a below market property hit the MLS. (By this time I had bought 4 properties 33 units from RG Realty). Without noting the time, I called Roberto's private line at 2:18am in the morning regarding this listing. I insisted we beat any other buyer and have an offer sent before business hours of same morning; we discussed the matter an offer was presented to the seller 25 minutes later. TRUE STORY.
Roberto Gonzales is in his office everyday six days a week before 6am taking care of his clients. Good luck finding any group as good as these guys.
