Amazing facility with intelligent, professional employees.
Worked here for a number of years. You get out what you put in. Like any company I'm sure the departments all offer a different experience but in mine you can start out with little to no experience and improve yourself. They encourage you to learn and grow and if you're willing to buy in and seize opportunity you can advance as far as you are capable. Would and have recommended to friends on multiple occasions.
Amazing company! Excellent service and great billing department to work with
I m currently in the interview process but I will say the recruiter I ve been in contact with has been extremely helpful and professional! I ve checked and reviewed all companies information and their blog link is phenomenal! I will update once I m completed with my experience!
Good company to start at. You get lots of experience here, at least in the tech field.
This company is horrible! They do not care about their employees and continuously treat them like garbage.
Tried to get a graphic design position. The test I took didn't even have any questions about graphic design and it seems they are still looking.
They do not hire people or even give interview. I have over 7 years of IT experience and i have applied from low level entry IT positions to high end and have not had one interview. Wonder why they have big turn over rate. Edit i have q degrees and won't even hire me. They are offering pay rates of 11 an hour for IT? You are joke company.
Worst interviewing experience I have ever been a part of. Do not waste your time with this company. 4+ weeks with multiple aptitude tests. Interviews with multiple people asking the same questions (no technical questions were asked). I felt very disrespected after receiving a general rejection email from Reynolds recruiting department after working with 5 different people throughout the interviewing process.
What they did to me was criminal:
1- Online at home aptitude tests, then on-campus aptitude tests (passed both)
2- Interviewed with recruiter (positive experience, passed)
3- Interview with department manager (positive experience, passed)
4- Drive back, interview with head of department (positive experience, passed)
5- Drive back, 30 minute presentation for 10 person panel (positive experience, passed)
6- Interview with VP of marketing for Naked Lime (seemed to have went very well)
7- Drive back, meet with VP of Marketing for Reynold and Reynolds (seemed to have went well)
8- No word for 10 days, followed by a generic rejection email
I had to use 4 personal days of work to accomodate this antequated and treacherously inefficient hiring system.
The way the process is designed eliminated the possibility of quality candidates, because anyone with a serious job already wouldn t be able to do it. I nearly lost my current job just trying to apply. I lost 4 personal days. The process took 5 days shy of a month before rejecting me. Clearly they find it beneficial to bring in people currently out of work or working part time in a dispensable position.
For people who claim it's "Racist" or "Treat Employees Poorly" are completely wrong. I applied here as an intern, and now I work part-time and I absolutely love it. I'm not a fan of the testing system to get a job here, and that's what most people get mad about. Just because you didn't pass the test or what not does not make you an expert on the atmosphere and company
Went there for a visit and got lost and the employees were very helpful in hunting down the group I was supposed to be with. Great atmosphere and a beautiful place!
This area is way to small for a couple thousand of people to leave work all at the same time... all the road ware of county line and research is mainly caused by Reynolds and Reynolds traffic... hopefully the surrounding cities my this business pay for all the road ware they cause
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY OR THEIR HIRING PROCESS.
I don't know much about the company but the building and amenities the employees have are incredible.
Wonderful place to work with very high standard for who they hire.
Very selective in the recruitment process and it is worth it!
I work with great people for a great company!
Great place to work if you're willing to actually work. They definitely take care if their associates as much as they possibly can. Great sense of community here.
Will never be hired can't even get a live interview.
I visited with my fiance. He took me on a very brief tour and we ate lunch in the cafeteria. The place is huge, so I didn't get to see the whole thing, but very nice facilities. Nice people, even a nice view. :)
Reynolds has great people and is a great place to work!
Worked there for a year and a half.
Terrible hiring process, the place is basically empty because they run so lean, turn over is super high, and everyone there is very unfriendly and borderline robotic.
This was easily the worst job I've ever had. I was actually asked to come back and I laughed at the recruiter.
It's just too old school and set in its ways. And there was so much millennial bashing, and I constantly heard homophobic jokes during sales meeting.
I seriously cannot express how terrible an idea it is to work at Reynolds & Reynolds. If wearing a three-piece suit everyday even though you're not customer facing sounds good to you, I still wouldn't recommend it.
Cool place, hard to find the right way to get to the guest entrance.
This adventure was a school trip. The kind people at Reynolds and Reynolds were kind and welcoming. There was refreshments and souvenirs. The gave the full tour.
