The agency sent an unvaccinated nurse to monitor my father, who was just release from the hospital yesterday. It is absolutely unethical to send someone who has not had the Covid vaccine to an immune compromised sick person. In addition, my mother actually had to show the nurse how to take care of my father s wound. Ridiculous. Hospitals should not work with this place.
Liza, intake nurse, Maryanne, visiting nurse and Melissa, PT, providing excellent care for my father. All are kind, patient and excellent skilled professionals. I would recommend them to my extended family and friends.
Great company to work for. My manager Bek, was great. I left due to finish my degree faster. Other than that I would've still be a part of the team. It was a great experience for the time I spent there. Hopefully I want to return back once I complete my degree.
I just got out of NYU Langone where I had a cancerous bladder removed. Revival was contracted to send a health care worker over in order to change my ostomy bag. A male nurse came in and I asked him if he was vaccinated. He said he was but showed no proof. I told him I needed the interface and the bag changed. He grabbed a bag out of a sample kit that was sent to us, pulled the old bag off without using any sort of solvent and put the new on and said "We're done." I said this was not the way we were shown at the hospital. He said this is a special bag. After he left things seemed okay but then the bag started to leak and the bed became soaked in urine. I called them and asked to send another nurse over the next day. Never showed. Meanwhile my wife was able to change the interface and the bag and I was told by the ostomy team that if would suffice until my next hospital visit.
I am the sole caregiver for my bedridden father. I was contacted by revival who assured me they would help and provide services we needed I ve been given promises They ve scheduled dates for the nurse to come but said they were unable to give a time frame which really meant no one would come and no one would contact me and to this day they haven t There s no physical therapist or occupational therapist scheduled to visit Theyve taken the funds but haven t provided a service this is surely just a Medicaid money scheme Me being new to having an ill father and new to Medicaid I didn t know I had options they played on my vulnerability took the funding and provided NO SERVICE well I know now and I will be going with another agency

Thank you, Revival!! My grandmother was on services for the care of a wound during the pandemic. I was very nervous about having an outsider enter my house, but the nurses and therapists were AMAZING! They took all the needed precautions and extra. The care was phenomenal! I wouldn t trust any other agency.

I will say hands down way better then VSNY. The nurse the pt came in the same day, on time and very caring. The nurse called everytime even if she didn't come to see me cause it was her day. I had an emergency nurse didn't avoid and came to my aid, pt was phenomenal. Thank you was referred by NYU

During this trying time Revival has come through and provided compassionate and quality care. The timely communication after my discharge made me feel taken care of and in good hands. My nurse and therapist came promptly to each visit and they were both patient and gentle with my fragile state. My experience with revival has been wonderful and I would highly recommend this company.
