Nick is one of a kind!!! The Towns of Belleair Grove Board is so grateful to work with such an experienced, caring, and devoted person. He is a great mentor for new communities and always picks up the phone.

Worst HOA management company! They are paid to do nothing, especially an employee Nick. I would highly recommend running the other way rather than hire this group. Waste of time and money
Jerry is absolutely fabulous to work with. He is on top of his game and we appreciate his communication and quick action.
We haven't even lived here a year and already dealing with tons of issue with both the HOA (Rizzetta) and the sales where we purchased our home. This HOA likes to throw around violations like it's a game. 2 violations received so far are based on bad information and a lack thereof. 2 of the violations that were given aren't even in the bylaws, they are enforcing something they made up on the fly, how professional! If this continues and/or a fine is assessed, we will be speaking with our attorney.
We have been working on getting an approval for starting the excavation of a pool for about two months from our HOA. It has been postponed once costing delays already, and after waiting a month for a re-inspection I was to receive a call 4 to 5 days before the next excavation date . No call , called today had to leave a message with one person as well as a manager. Please contact me ASAP
So happy to be part of a community run by such a professional property management company. Nick has been so on top of all requests. He s communicative and his positive energy radiates.

They send vague notices and then fine you an exorbantant amount of money. Worst management company we have ever dealt with.
Unfortunately this is the company MI Homes tasks with managing their communities. They are incredibly slow, do not answer the phone or emails and do not actually answer any questions from residents. If you ask a question, they will send you a picture of your HOA manual, even after you told them you read the poorly written manual. In addition to all that, all of the common areas in our neighborhood that are supposedly managed by the HOA are covered in weeds and red ant hills. I would try to reach out to figure out why they haven't been taken care of but I am 100% sure that would be a total waste of time. I'm counting down the days until my community is no longer under the management of this company.
