I was contacted by revival who assured me they would help and provide services we needed I ve been given promises They ve scheduled dates for the nurse to come but said they were unable to give a time frame which really meant no one would come and no one would contact me and to this day they haven t There s no physical therapist or occupational therapist scheduled to visit Theyve taken the funds but haven t provided a service this is surely just a Medicaid money scheme Me being new to having an ill father and new to Medicaid I didn t know I had options they played on my vulnerability took the funding and provided NO SERVICE well I know now and I will be going with another agency
Revival lacks empathy care or concern all they want is money #HORRIBLE
