I have worked for this company for 4 years and have loved it. The people I work with are amazing and it is very enriching to be around all the residents that live within the communities. Great job!
My sister has resided at the RUI facility in Alexandria, Va for over 5 years. She has always been satisfied but recently under new local management the facility has improved its services greatly, especially the food service, which is now top restaurant quality. There are further enhancements planned which will add to the attractiveness of this retirement residence.
This is a great company to work for. Although it is family owned the benefits mirror those of a larger corporation giving the best of both worlds to associates.

I have been working for RUI for a year. In that year, I started out as a Life Enrichment Assistant. Shortly after, I was promoted to a move in coordinator, and now I am the Life Enrichment Director. There is so much opportunity to grow here! I have even met the owner of Retirement Unlimited! I have worked for a company that I can easily reach the owner, CEO, Vice President etc. They are so down to earth and passionate about giving our residents what they earned and deserved! I love working for this company and feel very supported!
It is such an honor to work for Retirement Unlimited Inc. The company cares so deeply for the seniors it serves and is always looking to make their stay in our communities the absolute best. RUI never settles for mediocre care for its residents AND staff. The company always looks to give back to it's employees who work hard every day and you constantly see the compassion and love they put into their work. Working for this company, you feel like family. Everyone is eager to help and answer any questions you have because we all truly want to see each other succeed.
Horrible management and issues with staff. Nice buildings but the staff are spread so thin you can t work like you should. DONT WORK HERE!!!!!!
