This is my worst experience with the broker. I booked a load with them last week, It supposed to deliver at 11 AM on Friday in VA, but when we get there, the receiver told my driver that we never had an appointment for Friday. It was initially set for Monday midnight delivery. I was trying to find out how did it happen that we never had an appointment, but nobody in that office could answer this question. Every time when I call them, everybody was saying different things. They just didn't know. Now, it's Monday today, I tried to reach them again, but everybody in that office was just transferring my phone calls to the voicemail, I even emailed them couple of times, but still no answer. This is just ridiculous!!! I would not recommend this broker!!! Stay away!!!

Scammers, did everything and provided all information to close my claim. They made up 5 excuses and got shut down every time. And they still wont give up. Do NOT do business with the scammers. I will be sure to post this everywhere. (Produce load)

We hauled freight for this company for a few months. We waited at our loading destination in West Chester Ohio for hours, one time even all night. We were promised to be paid a detention rate. All hours and times were noted and signed. We were denied detention by this very DISHONEST and down right scam driven company. We would not recommend dealing with this company. Their management is a total system of crooks who lie and manipulate their clients. And they owe us money at this time, and not a small amount. They are crooks liars and thieves, they steal from the working class by their deceiving ways, all while they sit in a nice office and work their web of lies. They tell you what you want to hear of the day, and at night noone is around to answer. If you don't want misery AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

The lack of communication is absolutely wearing me thin. They get mad because your not using location app. So you download app turn on location services to always Then wake u up while sleeping to ask where u are. So they want the app on but not to use. Or they enjoy being a nuisance not sure which. Then 3 minutes after the wake up another calls because the first person u told who also to lazy to check tracking also to lazy to update location so the other lazy one don t call But hey who s perfect right. Now a days they re all seat fillers.

Load was not as described.... was told 1 pick 1 drop reefer team... when I arrived in laredo at my appointment time i was told by reciever that I need to wait for mexican truck to load product into.... I was never at any point told this was a trans dock load and I needed to wait for a Mexican refrigerated truck to unload. When trying to communicate with RWI the situation the lady who was so nice when we booked the load turned into a little gremlin and got on the defensive fast. Scammers and thugs at RWI..

They are worsed company to haul load,,they will promise u detention but once u deliver the load no detention

These people refused to pay layover for 25 hours. Unbelievable.

This is a great place to work! Employee-oriented, while getting the job done!
