My sister has resided at the RUI facility in Alexandria, Va for over 5 years. She has always been satisfied but recently under new local management the facility has improved its services greatly, especially the food service, which is now top restaurant quality. There are further enhancements planned which will add to the attractiveness of this retirement residence.
