These people are amazing! I had a devastating flood from a burst pipe and mold that was making me extremely sick, and Carey was out there immediately. His guys were very nice, professional and helpful. I ended up moving to an apartment where again I became sick, called Resto Clean, and they came out immediately. Sure enough, mold again. About a year and a half later, I bought a new home, and within months, I was sick again, out came Resto Clean again, sure enough mold in both bathrooms due to water damage. Being a first time homebuyer is no joke! During a whole house re pipe, our plumbers found water damage in the wall between our two bathrooms. We were also aware that there was water damage in the crawl space that was found during the home inspection. Our plumbers recommended three different companies to handle the clean up work and we interviewed all three. RestoClean was very professional during our quote, explaining the process and how it is challenging to understand the scope of a project until the work begins. They were the mid price option, and we felt very comfortable with their team when we chose them. The work was completed over a three day period and the team, including Dean and Jeff were great at keeping us updated about every finding. The project grew a bit to include the removal of our master shower and asbestos work. The team from RestoClean was great. They provided updated quotes, explained things very throughly, and left our home clean and mold free. While we hope to never need their services again, I would have no concerns about bringing them back into our home.

Worst company would never reccomd! I had sewage water causing mold after they "cleaned" not even a month later mold grew back and is spreading through out my apt. They cut corners and are not worried about your health and safety

Yesterday, February 27, my husband and I discovered that our basement had flooded (even though we had placed many, many drains in the backyard to prevent this from happening). It was about 5:00 when I called Resto clean. the woman who took my call was so kind and supportive. She said that she would get us scheduled right away. Ten minutes later we received a call that someone would be over within 30 minutes. Sam showed up and began working on the situation right away. He listened to everything and conveyed all of his ideas and plans to us. This gentleman was so friendly and patient. We just couldn't believe it!! The gentlemen who came over to assist (and one young lady) were just as kind and supportive. I will never call anyone else for this type of service. Sam and the other representatives of the company were simply OUTSTANDING!

Fast service and Paul was extremely thorough with our water leak in our kitchen. He explained what the moisture device was reading and kept us informed throughout the process. Paul worked quickly and efficiently and made sure there was as little impact for our daily life as possible. This was a big task as we had 2 dehumidifiers and 12 fans in our home to dry out the moisture. Highly recommend resto-clean and especially Paul.
Resto Clean, out of Nampa, ID resolved one of the most serious household problems we've faced since owning/living in our home over the last 37 years. Without realizing it, we had a broken feeder line from the kitchen to the main sewer line. All we knew was we were getting sick, and becoming more so as time went by. To shorten the story, we called Resto Clean for an estimate for mold.
While checking the crawl-space, they found no mold, but the other just as serious problem - the broken 3 inch sewage feeder line and the resulting huge stagnant odoriferous pond of waste water. Five days later, they were out, in our crawl space and began the removal process of all that putrid, smelly pond.
It turned out to be a three day process. During that time, we were privileged to the most polite, friendly, but professional technicians I could ever want in my home. Their work was not hurried, but constant without wasted time. At all times, they were cautious to make sure our properties, furnishings, and floors were protected as they worked.
Resto Clean earned a 12 out of 10 in all categories from the Davis house hold. I thank them for both their professional service and quick response .time.
I called for assistance with 2 large batteries that were disposed of next to a power box at the corner of our property. Resto Clean showed up in 15 minutes and picked them up. Great job and response. Very much appreciated when Idaho Power and Republic Services or Nampa police department could not offer assistance. Thank you!!!!
Sam Rodriquez is the kind of guy you wish all your repairmen guys were. He is clean, his clothes were clean, he scraped his shoes each time he came into the house (new carpet but he didn't ask, he's just the good kind of person that would do that even if the carpet looked like the inside of a dog's kennel!) and he was friendly, knowing how to look you in the eye and shake your hand like an upstanding person should do. Sam explained what the moisture meter counter he had in his hand did, he explained about wet insulation being so bad (doesn't seem to be any) if any mold of any kind had started (it had not), and he estimated the days our water had been leaking in the house, and was right on from the day we first noticed it. Sam is an expert and I hope to see him again, restoring the house. I would certainly trust him, and therefor his Company!

Very professional! They showed up on time and did not waste time while they were on the project. Resto clean also gave the best price with high quality work. Greg did a fantastic job with the trim on my cabinets and Josh did the most amazing tile work on my stairs! I will be hiring them again to finish all my other contract work. Most importantly they do not take advantage of their customers with their pricing. They are up front and honest. Matt Cooper even made sure I had a complete breakdown of expenses when other contractors would not provide their estimated breakdowns.

I had a water heater blow at midnight doing significant water damage to my basement. The water was shut off and early the next morning Resto Clean was on the job. Very professional and knowledgable in their field, they put my mind at ease answering all my questions and walking me through every step they were taking to ensure that my crawl space was taken care of. Had to call in this company because the first company did a poor job and did not do the necessary work to properly dry out my flood in the kitchen so now working with this company and I am throughly impressed with the response and professionalism of the guys who came up and finished the tear out of cabinets only to find black mold after two months waiting for someone to actually tear out cabinets to find the mold growing up the walls and in the flooring as they cleaned up mold and took out all effected drywall and used kilts to seal the wood and set up fans to dry out the flooring and now waiting to get the floor dryed to finish the restoration as I m hoping that this company can complete this project in a timely manner as I highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing this kind of services!!!!

After a fire in master bedroom of our custom log home, we feel as though the Universe smiled upon us in finding Resto Clean. We are currently in the clean up and demolition stage. The mitigation team, Ethan, Guy, Sam and Levi, have been polite, hard working, prompt and sympathetic to the trauma of a home fire. They call you when the work begins and they call you when the work is completed at the end of the day. Ethan communicates regularly on the next step in the clean up process. Guy completed soda blasting of the charred logs with great results. My husband and I greatly appreciate the outstanding customer service provided to us by Resto Clean.
Hired to remediate and fix the mold in multiple units, ended up tearing out all the dry wall and "treating" the mold then sent another bid for double the amount to fix the damage they had just done. Extremely misleading business practice.
Update: Restoclean went out of their way to make this right. There was miscommunication between remediation and repair and after explaining that they covered the repair quickly and ensured 100% satisfaction. We will use them again.
I live in Washington so when a major flood happened in my Nampa rental, I was in panic mode. Resto Clean was referred by my insurance agency. After googling restoration companies and reading a few reviews I decided on a desperate whim to call Resto Clean. I'm so grateful that Resto Clean came to help me when I had no idea what to expect now that there was water damage in our home. Having lived in our new home for 4 years I couldn't believe all the damage the flood had done to our home. Cody, the tech from Resto Clean came within the hour that I called. He was patient to explain the mitigation process and also letting me know that they had different contractors who were awesome at repairing our home after the drying process. I didn't have to call around and make appointments for the next guy to come and fix the different repairs in our home. It was already overwhelming to know that the flood had caused and working with our insurance was enough for me. Cody from Resto Clean assured me that they had great subcontractors and they'd get the job done well. So Resto Clean made all the appointments. Cary, the restoration manager and Chuck, the construction manager were beyond kind, professional, and listened to our concerns fearing that our home wasn't going to look near to new again. After they heard or concerns, they brought in their tops guys such as Tom, who did an amazing job on our ceiling making it match with the rest of our ceiling. Then Terry & Josiah came in and took over on the rest of the repairs of painting, stretching our carpet, putting in our new floor in our bathroom, putting on the baseboards, painting them, and lastly, fixing the sheet rock in our garage. Not only did Terry fix everything with a professional hand he went the extra mile every time he was in our home. He swept our garage up after he had installed the sheet rock and then helped put back our storage containers where they were before the flood. Josiah was good to let me ask questions about painting baseboards. He took his time to paint my baseboards & paint my ceilings. Each person that came to repair a job had a smile and took their time to do their job right. They exceeded my expectations when they easily could have cut corners by not painting the other ceilings of our rooms near where the other ceiling that was repainted, which at the time, I didn't know needed to be done. They always communicated with me and each other what needed to be done and they always did as they said they would do. Another time that they went up and beyond was after our ceiling in all the rooms were painted, Chuck, the construction manager, noticed that our ceiling had a spot that needed to be repainted again. It was a small spot and I could not see what he was talking about. The following day while Terry was finishing up, he took out the paint and fixed the spot without Chuck being there to point it out. Talk about awesome service!! They worked hard to be accommodating to come when I was home and I also made sure to be available whenever they could come to my home.
I think the key that made them successful was always trusting that they'd take care of the job they knew best how to repair and to have an open and kind communication. Communication with them was top notch. I'd definitely have them in my home again and not worry if I had to do it all over again. I appreciate all the guys from Resto Clean who helped my home feel new again!!!
