RestoClean did a great job helping us when we were in a bad spot. The water damage clean-up took a little longer than we expected, but the workers more than made up for it. Some notable people that we saw were Jason, Cody, Eric, and quite a few others. All of these guys were super caring and nice, receptive to our situation, and worked hard. Keep up the good work!

We had water leakage in our home, that resulted in our kitchen being torn up and mold underneath! Sam was so mindful of my allergies, so kind, and was extremely quick and efficient at handling our problems! I would 100% refer Resto Clean and Sam to anyone & everyone!!!

I've used Resto Clean to clean my carpets several times across the years. While I've always been impressed with their excellent work and great results, it wasn't until I had to bring them in to clean up an accident involving water damage that I fully appreciated the quality service Resto Clean provides. Their technicians were knowledgable, professional and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. While doing demo work, they ensured that the dust didn't spread to the rest of the house by sealing off the work area. After the work was done, they went above and beyond to make sure the area was left spotless. One thing that stood out to me was that they were even willing to be there with me when the insurance adjuster showed up for the inspection to answer questions I couldn't.

I say all that to say this: I highly recommend Resto Clean in either carpet cleaning or disaster clean up.

The mitigation team at Resto Clean were awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Rick, Nic and Nate were very easy to work with, great conversations and were extremely helpful. I hate getting my carpets cleaned. That's one of the reasons why I hadn't had it done since we bought the house. The others consisted of: no one ever seemed to know what they were doing, the stains wouldn't go away, and the dirt seemed to come back even worse after having it done, annnnnnd lets face it, I was lazy and really didn't want to move all that furniture.

So, RestoClean was recommended to me and I was promised they would treat me right and do a great job. I was still skeptical, but I appreciate word of mouth referral, so I tried them.

Wow! Was I surprised (not to mention my wife - she was thrilled), they showed up on time, the gentleman introduced himself as Colt and proceeded to walk me through what he was going to do today and how he was going to make it look good. I agreed and he went to work putting these little plastic shield things around corners (I later figured out so that they wouldn't scratch the corners with the hose) and cleaned our house. Yep. It was clean and it looked great. Even put our furniture up on top of these little pads so they didn't get wet. I wasn't brave enough to test out the stain guard by spilling something on it, but the wife informs me it works.

Our main floor flooded and Cody and his crew were here in less than an hour on Labor Day! They got right to work, setting up fans and cleaning up. We received a very quick response from Resto clean Pro and the management team once they were contacted by my Insurance Company.

Once they began the inspection and took several photos to send to the Insurance Company, they then contacted the contractors required to complete the required project.

The contractors also inspected and submitted bids for repair and the Resto Clean Pro sent that off to the Claims agent. Once approved the work began as projected and we were very happy with the contractors that were utilized for our project, Roofing, Dry Wall, Painter's and Carpet Cleaners along with restopro's own mitigation team.

The start to finish time was projected and all times and work were complete as promised by our project manager.

We would highly recommend Resto Clean Pro for any of your emergency or other damages needed for repair as they are very professional and concerned about the customers needs.

In November of 2018 we had the unfortunate experience of a concealed leak in our bathroom that moved into the bedroom and up the walls before it was detected.
Restoclean came to our rescue and began mitigating the damages by placing heaters under the house as well as dehumidifiers in the affected rooms. Mold was detected further complicating the situation, but Restoclean provided skilled help to properly take care of the situation so that it could pass the state inspection.
Projects like this are not solved in a day or two as each step took time, but we were pleased that Jeremy Howard, the project manager, kept us well advised as to each step and when men would show up to complete each segment of the process.
We were especially impressed with Greg, the finish carpenter. Not only were molding joints perfect, but he took special care to prevent further damage to the carpets by covering his walkway each day.
We were very satisfied with the finished restoration and do not hesitate to recommend Restoclean and it's crew to solve a difficult problem.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the quality and professional treatment we received from this great company. From Jeremy, who got us started, to Matt who kept it going... and the careful and precise work of Dalton, Hunter, Rob, Greg, and Jorge. I would recommend these guys highly. Our project was due to a water-heater flood and their restoration was over and done within two months... a complete overhaul of the kitchen and Pergo floor throughout was necessary. They are the real deal.

If you need restoration work due to a flood here's the people you want to come to your house: Barry, Cody, Josh, Greg, Darris, Hunter and Dalton. These gentlemen are super professional and every time they left the house you didn't even know they'd come. This is a 5 star business.

After a water disaster in an office condo I was purchasing, RestoClean was called in to clean up the mess. I interviewed three companies-- company no. 1 were clearly crooks looking to cash in on an insurance claim; company no 2 didn't know what they were doing; and company 3, Restoclean evaluated the situation, told me what needed to be done, and came in at a very reasonable price. In addition, because they have an in house Asbestos remediation expert, I only had to deal with them. Cary Crandall is an honest and straight guy, and truly saved my purchase from going south. The day before Christmas a fitting came loose under our kitchen sink. Neighbor turned water off and vacuumed up as much water as possible. What a mess. Steve from Resto was here within 2 hrs. Nathan from Resto Clean showed up this morning ready to help and provide their free inspection! We had just moved into our new home and our washer flooded our floors. He was compassionate towards our situation and kind in the manner he communicated and treated us. We needed to wait for our adjuster to come before anything was decided and rather than just leaving, he offered free of charge to place blowers/fans on the floors to starting drying the floor out so as to stop the damage. Later when he came to pick up the equipment, as he was leaving he stopped and offered his help moving something and taking out trash for us. Super generous and great service! Thank you Nathan and Resto Clean.

Flooding incident late one Saturday night in my home due to a dishwasher. With assistance, I was able to get the water up, but the very next day I knew I had a real problem on my hands with the water that had seeped under my floor, cabinets, etc. Within a half hour of calling Resto Clean, Paul Greear and assistant were at my house to assess the damage and start the drying process. 8 a.m. Monday, mitigation work began and ended on Thursday of the same week. While the rebuild hasn't begun yet, I am pleased with the work thus far and really appreciate Paul making this awful, disruptive situation bearable for me. I felt comfortable and confident that I had the right man, the right company, on the job. I just don't feel I could have made a better choice. We have been extremely happy with the Resto Clean crew. They were efficient, provided daily progress reports, treated all of our personal belongings with care and respect. If we had any concerns or questions they were quickly answered. I would definitely recommend their service.

The first person to arrive was Nathan, very kind, understanding , went to work right away, going under the house to check for water. Because I had recently had shoulder surgery he went the extra mile.
He starting assessing the damage, set up the fans. He left his card with his cell number if any problem would arise. He followed up coming 2 more days, bringing with him another Nate. They removed baseboards, some flooring, moved the washer and dryer to the garage.
I wish I could remember the guys name that came with Nathan the 2nd time.
An inspector came to assess the damage, next day Barrie came to see what needed to be replaced.
I am working with him now, he is working with my Insurance company.
All and all -what a team ! I would recommend this Company anytime.

The carpet in my house was in pretty bad condition. I tried cleaning it with rental cleaners but could never get some hard stains out no matter what I tried. When I moved out I had Resto Clean do my carpets for the next person moving in. When they were done it was like having new carpet again! I could not believe the incredible job they did! All the stains were out and they were quick, efficient, and very well priced for the quality job that they did! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a quality job done for a good price!

I had Resto-Clean referred to me by my insurance agent, and I couldn't be happier! We had a terrible vandalism incident at one of our properties which resulted in large biohazard clean up and repair. To start on the mitigation side everything was spectacular, I was out of town when this incident occurred and the project manager was willing to go by and get the documentation done before I was able to make it back home so that we could get the ball rolling. We found out real quick that this project was going to take a while. We had Cody and Jared assigned to the mitigation side of our job, and I cannot say enough kind words about the way they performed. Cody Berg came in extremely knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure I had a good understanding of what was being done, and the in-depth process that he was doing. Not only was he great when he was here working on the job, but he also kept daily contact with me when there would be an interruption and he could not make it out for the day. He is the true epidemy of professionalism, he did more than just make me feel like another customer he works to make a true relationship and is a great interpretation of the company he works for. We are now underway with the reconstruct side of the project and the team has been great for this part of the process as well! We have Scott as our project manager and he has kept our communication channel wide open and works with my millions of questions and requests along the way! He has been willing to work with me on the many different aspects of the project to not only repair but truly improves the property to look better than when it all started! On top of all this they are handling everything with our insurance and have made this process a breeze for me. The entire team so fare has made a wonderful impression of the company for me, and I know now that I will always work with and recommend Resto-clean to anyone needing these in-depth processes done on their property!

After finding out I had a leak in my upstairs bathtub drain I called Resto Clean, they where on site within a couple hrs helping me troubleshoot the problem. They sent Rick their project manager who was quick, knowledgeable, professional and helpful, soon I had a team of guys removing wet Sheetrock and siding, setting up blowers , and tenting off the areas being dried out. Dylan was the man worker on site and also was professional, polite and always kept the site clean. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat!
It s pretty stressful going through something like this, I was glad to have professionals working on my behalf!
