Excellent venue, food and wine, not cheap but well worth it

For me, the best are the smoked cod guilds and the smoked sardines; croquettes and bombs, normal. Very good mango chocolate passion. Great variety of wines, some of which can be drunk. The herbal ice tea lacked sweetness, quite well the yellow banana and the BS Llamber. Nice terrace. Correct service. Carot.

Excellent! Very good atmosphere. Everything delicious! Super recommended and the price with wine in my case without skimping on desserts was 40-45 euros approx. More than reasonable price for high quality food.

Our group of five ended up here on our last night in Barcelona, looking for something different from the typical fried tapas fare. The staff rearranged seating to fit us in without a reservation, the waiter was extremely helpful as we ordered, and the food was excellent. I particularly appreciated the selection of vegetarian offerings, the freshness of the ingredients, and the uniqueness of the flavors. It was a bit on the pricey side for Spain, but well worth it.

The atmoshpere and food was amazing! The wait staff was very attentive and happy to speak in the language of our choosing between English, Spanish, or Catalan. Make sure you book a reservation in advance for any weekend itineraries.

Nice restaurant with great set menu for lunch. All ingredients were fresh and the service was quick. I would recommend this place if you're looking to taste something different, as their approach to tapas is not the traditional one.

Absolutely amazing food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The food is so delicately prepared and presented! This is the place that you can tell people who work there are really proud of the food they serve! Many excellent vegetarian options too.
We are here in Barcelona for 5 days and ate in many highly rated restaurants. Llamber is by far the best place we ate in! I would highly recommend it if you travel to Barcelona!

Great fusion restaurant between Asturian and Catalan food. Everything is good, the extensive wine list. Price somewhat high but worth paying, all the details are taken care of

It has been without thinking about it, and it has been a success that we have been delighted with very well-elaborate quality food.

Came here last month. The food is delicious and presentation is nice! We had the cheese fondue with prawns and asparagus...so yummy!!! The octopus was delicious too. And ham and cheese croquettes were cooked nicely. We sat on the patio, the interior looked nice. Love the El Born area!!! Service was ok. When we came in...took awhile for them to acknowledge us. Then took awhile to give us menus. They were busy. But once we ordered, the food came out quick.

We discovered it by chance and we loved its cuisine with different dishes, its very friendly treatment. The dining room is beautiful, and very cozy. They have a wine list in glasses and bottles, a great detail.

Good discovery, totally recommendable. Varied menu but not very extensive, very well explained by the waiter, who advises you that everything can be shared and you appreciate it. All very well prepared by the kitchen, starters, main and dessert. Waiters very correct.

You will eat a lot of tapas in Barcelona, but this will be the place you remember.

Top class food in a very quaint area of Barcelona. Definitely lives up to its philosophy, even for a quick drink it's well worth a visit. If you're dining check out the King Prawn and Asparagus Fondu.

What an amazing place with amazing people, wine and food and the most beautiful place to loose yourself in.

Traditional cuisine restaurant in the Born district, with a very cozy modern-old atmosphere and attentive staff. The window open to the kitchen where you can see the preparation of food is impressive. The variety of dishes is a bit limited, but nothing is missing. To highlight the smoked sardines with escalivada, and the rice with a tub of cuttlefish with the richest, juiciest and best cooked prawns that I have ever tasted.
Recommended for a Sunday with friends or family.

Interesting restaurant for tapas in a newer way. The salad is great as a starter. Beetroot with great lobster. Cod fritters do not have the texture of those of grandmother. Too little done inside. Music a little loud for the desired atmosphere. Very attentive and fast service. I would repeat to try other dishes.

Gastronomical! Fantastic food, the service was a little cold but not sure if that is not typical of trendy restaurants such as Llamber in Barcelona. Loved sitting outside in October with the heat lamps on.

Local located next to the Born Market where you can have breakfast, lunch or snack at any time of the day.
Inside it is quite large with high tables and stools when entering and normal tables in the two dining rooms that follow, being the most romantic at the end.

Outside they have a terrace with some tables.
I had breakfast a sandwich of fuet and a coffee with milk for 4.50 euros, higher than normal price, still being very good quality, since I have taken the same in many establishments for 3.50 euros.
They have different breakfast offers, but I still say that they are not cheap, rather excessively expensive.
The attention of the waitress who served me was correct and friendly at all times.
As for the toilets, spacious and no product was missing.

One of the best places in Borne to eat! Friendly staff. Site to visit if you especially like Mediterranean food. The best are the Gnochis with truffle, which unfortunately is a seasonal dish

Food is fresh and of very good quality, and the menu is interesting and satisfying . Nice atmosphere inside, with very good cocktails. Be sure to book a table as it gets full very quickly. The only thing that occasionally lets this place down is the service!

Food was really good! Had the Patata s, Aged beef with edible coals and the black pudding with squid. All the food was excellent. Wish we went when we were more hungry. Would definitely go back again. Our waitress was what made me knock it down one star. She was not the friendliest. We had a gentleman who kept checking in on us and he was really friendly.

The food is delicious but comes in small portions. A nice venue with lighting suitable for intimate relaxed dinning.

The free wifi is Facebook connect only, which is a major no no for me, so i will not be returning.

Over 3 weeks of travelling this was the only restaurant we ate at twice, once for lunch and once for supper. The menu is creative and the meals were prepared and served in an excellent manner. Very reasonable prices as well.

I don't understand how this restaurant has such a good rating on Google.
We ordered a wine and the glass was stained with lipstick, the cod fritters apart from the fact that some had gone from frying, they were practically flour.
We ordered a meat bomb and an octopus bomb, there was no difference between them.
We have left without ordering dessert or coffee, we were looking forward to leaving, the waiter that was correct.

The menu was very limited but it was open on a weekend so Five stars for that alone (La Paradeta nearby was closed), the area around it is beautiful, one of the best areas in Barcelona

With our group of 7 we had a delicious meal of varied local tapas and wine. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure that we had a great evening. English is spoken well here, but this is not a typical tourist destination. The restaurant is comfortable and can handle both large and small parties, all in a good location, in a setting with warm, mediterranean ambiance. Highly recommended.

It is the best, great service, decoration, space ... It has everything!

Excellent mushroom croquette and beetroot carpaccio with shrimp. The concept is to try variety and share everything. Dishes are very well sized for two adults and a child (optional). Surprisingly reasonable prices for the quality and the location. Definitely recommend.

Quality Asturian food and excellent treatment. I went for the first time a few months ago and I liked it a lot, but the second time it has been infinitely better. All the dishes were excellent and the desserts a pleasant surprise. I will return without a doubt.

We just did the lunchtime tasting menu but what a deal it was and for 16 you also got a glass of wine and tea/coffee. Highly recommended.

Only redeeming thing about this place is the best estrella I drank in Barcelona. TLDR: bad food and bad service. The cheese platter has two cheeses with eating. The rest are either borderline rotten (maybe it's your thing) or just plain bad. The steak with "edible coals" is not good. The coals are baked sweet potatoes which are torched for caramelization. The meat was way too raw, practically mooing. I would consider it blue. Contrary to the burned sweet potatoes, the meat had absolutely no flavour at all because it looks like it was placed on a lukewarm flatiron. The mixed green salad was ok although it had soil in it. At this point the meal was so bad it wasn't worth trying to salvage. We ate at the bar and there was just not enough food. Server clearly does not understand steak doneness levels. It was WAY too expensive. Stay away.

The food is very good and really good but the service is mediocre! What disorganization! The lady who took our order entry, dish and dessert for each, was mistaken using the deli meats and more than we had not ordered. We kindly told him we had not ordered that so there?!?!?! Her reaction left us speechless, she was insulting limit in accusing us of lying while we were 2 against her! Then to serve us against heart really cut us off hunger. It takes time for a bit of everything, the bread that was asked to eat with the cheese from my entree was never served!
Honestly the waitress, not a smile, no politeness basically I will not go back!
And the wine is very good too.

Excellent place to have lunch or dinner, just outside the busy gothic quarter. You escape the tourist traps and enjoy some delicious dishes at a calm square or their warm interior space. It would have been a 5-stars rating if the size of the portions was a bit more adequate.

Good enough that if I lived close by it would probably be a regular spot but not outstanding enough that if a friend was visiting Barcelona I would tell them it's a must visit. Food was well prepared and well presented. Portions could probably be a little bigger for the cost especially considering how much great food is in Barcelona. Server was nice and helpful. These are the nicest patatas bravas I had in Spain (mainly because they re a bit luxurious and not normal). Once I came just for those!

Another visit we arrived at prime time and they managed to find us a table for 5 people without a reservation. I was shocked but so thankful I could show my friends this spot.

We ate tuna tataki, beetroot carpaccio with king prawns, the truffle gnocchi (incredible and I don t even like gnocchi), aged beef diced with cheese sauce, aged beef tataki. All were simply incredible. Delicate flavour where needed and everything cooked to perfection. Especially the aged beef. Wow.

We also ate 3 desserts but thanks to how much wine we ordered I can t remember the exact ingredients. One was like French toast with a delicious ice cream, another was little dumpling pillows with a rosemary ice cream (acquires taste but I loved it) and then strawberries with a balsamic style drizzle and whipped cream.

The waiter was very knowledgeable about the great range of wines. Cocktails looked amazing too but we did not indulge.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Couldn t fault them for a moment!

We came to eat like kings in the winch when we passed by here to have a coffee to which they told us they invited us. We went inside to ask because they did not take care of us and after waiting for a ratin we demanded the coffees. When they finally arrived they had only brought us 2 out of 3 and the 3rd although we repeated it, it never arrived. Not that there was much rock, those on the terrace marched without asking. You are going to forgive me but I doubt very much that he is an Asturian.

The site is very good and the food very rich. And now the best. When I went to pay with the card, I dropped a 50 bill and did not realize until half an hour after leaving the store when I was in another one drinking a beer. I went back to the site, explained to the waiter and came with the ticket and explained that they had found it and expected it to come back. In addition to good restaurant they are honored. A 10 from me

A gem of a restaurant. Rarely experienced such creative and extremely good tasting tapas. Pricey but worth every penny. As a food freak, you can't have been to Barcelona without eating here. (Ask for the dishes that are not on the menu)
