Im an evacuee from Hurricane Harvey. First Baptist Church opened their doors and loving arms to my family amd many others from Dickinson,Tx and other places affected by the hurricane. They offered soo much help with personal needs along with personal requests tailored to fit our needs. My family and others here are tremendously blessed to be able to have First Baptist Church as a safety zone. They have made sure we're comfortable, have full tummies, entertained, relaxed, clean, groomed, healthy, and informed plus soo much more. They've blessed my family and for that I'm soo grateful. Thank you for all you have done First Baptist Church. God bless the staff here for being so loving, helpful, kind & thoughtful. A house divided cannot stand. And THIS HOUSE STANDS, TALL!!! In all honesty, FBC Belton could be amazing. Their issue is their pastor who keeps them stuck in the past. He encourages outdated and potentially harmful practices and maintains the divisive nature of the current political climate. Until FBC can get a new leader it will be a hindrance to the ever-growing Belton community.

I like the preaching here and it s at a convenient time, especially for college students who don t want to wake up. It s very relevant topics, but more contemporary, yet it s not contemporary to the point that you feel uncomfortable. I do wish there was more community and that s what keeps this from being my home church but it is a nice church.

Unfriendly and misogynist. We went to the visitor desk to see what to do. They led us to the the church and neglected to show us the children's area. We had to keep our 3 young children in service with us. The preview to their marriage conference was concerning for an abusive relationship within the leaders of the conference.

Both of my children attended daycare here. We love First Baptist!

Beautiful Christmas service...chorus and orchestra were amazing. Baby Jesus was adorable and his Mom and Dad were amazing, as Jesus and Mary.
