The best restaurant I've been to! Real high level place with unbelievable food! The service was so great and I would recommend this place to everyone that visits Madrid and want to have a real amazing dinner.
What an exceptional experience! We followed Google Maps recommendation and had a tremendous evening in early October. Amazing food in exactely the right portions and with delicious wine - all as recommended by the chef, and communicated in a super friendly, attentive, smart manner!
We had the smaller of the 2 tasting menus, which was more the enough.
In this restaurant you will get great food with a lot of personal attention. Shortly after you enter and had something to drink the owner/chef sits down at you table to hear what you like and don't like, and then makes suggestions and adjusts the menu to your taste. During dinner he regularly walks through the restaurant so you can ask him about the food when you want.
The menu is traditional Spanish with a modern twist.
Price, including for the wine , is on the high end but more then reasonable for the quality of food and wine served.
Fantastic spanish cusine in Madrid. I can say one of best retaurant in Madrid. Chef come to you and get order by himself and recommend you the special day menu and even wine. It was special experience and feel like being treated well in this restaurant. Super perfect food and time.

The best restaurant in Madrid. Perfect food, perfect experience, perfect wine. Make sure the chef comes and explains the menu to you. Such a nice dining place with amazing ambience, intelligent playing and awesome food, local but with a twist. A must visit for a romantic / casual dinner.
