I don't like to post negative feedback but today we had to wait almost an hour for our meals to arrive and when they eventually did, my cheese pie and sweet potato fries were so overdone they were practically inedible. My sister's steak was also inedible, she couldn't even cut into part of it. They did apologise and they didn't charge for these two meals thankfully. Perhaps this is why it was so quiet in there, with all the choice in Bramhall I really think the chef needs to go on a cookery course or they need a new chef!!

A nice family pub, the craft beer was nice. The Manchester Beer was very nice. A perfect place to start before hitting the other bars around Bramhall. Great

Good little pub, staff are very good and friendly. Food is pretty tasty, sometimes could be a bit better but usually spot on. Tiny but pricey but it is in Bramhall so cant really complain about that.

The elderly lady statue on the central most eastern windowsill was such a joy to behold, I ordered another half pint of San miguel. A soft five stars is a great compliment for sure.

Had a meal here today and two of the meals were terrible. I was in two minds whether to have the cheese pie or not, so so glad I didn't. My sister in law had the cheese pie, and when it was put on the table i had my doubts about it because it looked so bad, and with the sweet potato fries that were with it. She had a very small amount but two thirds of it couldn't even be cut into because the whole thing was so old and hard, she knocked it on the plate and it sounded like a piece of wood.
In my opinion, any chef who sends old food out in that condition should be looking for alternative employment in another field.
My wife had a steak meal, left most of the fries and half the steak for the same reason. They did apologize and didn't charge for the two meals but very sorry, we definitely won't be back. When we first went into the pub, we did comment on why there was vertually no one in, now we know why.

Great food cooked to perfection and well presented. Excellent service from all staff. We enjoyed our lunch very much at the Victorian and will return whenever we are in Bramhall.

Xmas Eve lunch lovely. New owner friendly and nothing was too much trouble

First time eating out in a long while the staff were efficient friendly covid safe and the fish and chips were awesome would highly recommend Thankyou il be back soon x
