Bought a boat for here last year never really ran right. I did minor work on it to get it running last summer. Brought it in this year because I was having similar issues and it has taken them 3 months to fix my outboard motor that originally only needed carburetors replaced. Every time you call nobody has a clue on what s going on. Complete waste of time.

Super marina...have been customer there for 3 years. Highly recommend for all year boat storage. Their staff of young men are courteous, friendly and do an excellent job of getting boats in and out of the water. They also go out of their way to help stranded boaters. Very convenient for West side Cincinnati boaters.
Very helpful solving an issue on my newer jet boat. Ended up being relatively minor. These guys diagnosed it right away. Once they realized how easily the issue could be resolved they got it taken care of right away. Everyone else including the dealer where the boat is still under warranty, told me 3+ weeks before they would even look at it. Thanks guys!!!
Wanted to buy a part locally with all the covid stuff going on, I was met outside with a employee who walked me inside, not mentioning the need for a mask to go into the building. Upon entering the building i was rudely told to go outside by a man sitting behind the desk ( not wearing a mask)that there is a sign on the door that states masks are needed.. sorry I didn't read the door as I was conversing with the employee who politely held the door for me.. please advise your employees of the rules so they can let customers know before they walk in.. clearly your employee didn't know the rules.. wont go back again.
The professional conduct of everyone was great and the srea was great to!!!
