Restaurant «Pervak» Review

I just had borsch here and I loved the presentation of the food. The staff is so friendly and they serve in traditional Ukranian clothes. Also the interior design is cozy and quite marvelous. If you want to get an idea of the Ukranian Cusine, you should definitely pay a visit here.

The best dining experience I had in Ukraine. Work colleagues brought me here for a traditional Ukrainian meal and it did not disappoint. Amazing service, good cold appetizers to start, tasty borscht, and an interesting pork and potato "pancake" dish for a main. They had some sort of berry juice drink as well which was delicious. Too bad it was my last meal in Kiev/Ukraine because I would have gone here every night if I had known about it.

The restaurant is not bad, the cuisine is quite tasty) We were here with a company, everything was fine until it was time to pay the check. The husband left the waiter not 10% of the check amount, but 8%. There was no more cash with me, and the tip had to be paid in cash (the waiter whispered about this). So, honestly, the first time we encountered this - the waiter counted the tea in front of us, made a displeased face and left. Yes, yes, he just left. As I understand it, I thought that little was left. We were honestly confused, there was food on the table and we wanted to take it with us, but we didn't even want to call him. The food was still taken away (after paying the tip) .... the sediment remained for a few days ... I think the management needs to discuss the topic of tips with the staff. Personally, I will add that we will not celebrate there anymore (

Have had dinner here twice. The food is excellent, in huge quantities at a very affordable price. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Whenever I am in Kiev I will eat here as often as I can. Wonderful place.

Strangely enough for Tuesday evening, but there were a lot of people, nevertheless, they served quickly, having immediately announced that it would be necessary to wait 20 minutes. The herring, tongue and borscht were super. The place is atmospheric and pleasant, always happy to return there again.

Was my favorite restaurant. I did not like the last visit, the service was slow, the waitress did not smile and immediately switched to the Chinese delegation at the next table. The steak is overcooked, but it is such a problem, the problem is that the meat is not of very high quality and does not smell there for 21 days. I do not know if I will visit this place.

Both the ambience and the menu are amazing. Have visited 3 days in a row and tasted an array of dishes. I d order any of them again. Horse radish infused vodka is a must. Vasyl is the most skilled, friendliest waiter in this hemisphere.
