Slowest service I ve ever experience. Rude staff and cold food. Everyone around us was upset as well. There is no view from the restaurant only the rooftop. I was served melted ice cream and when I commented on it to the server he ignored me. This was actually the worst dining experience I have ever experienced anywhere in the entire world.
