Many children running around with lots of screaming. There is no social talking.

I ate a burger from the food truck outside. This one was very, very good.

With the AH card, only pancakes are available. Stupid.

The service was good and friendly. And the restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a nice menu. The coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate were tasty. Only the chocolate milk was a bit on the cold side. The cakes were delicious.

Waiters very attentive and friendly. Wide menu and enjoyed lunch (fresh salmon sandwich) because of a unique taste. Definitely recommended for young and old!

At what I was used to, it was now dirty against long waiting and people who left because it took too long.

We are disappointed: we had reserved to eat at half past six because we had a long car ride ahead, unfortunately the restaurant slowly filled up and our main course was forgotten. Fifteen minutes after the starter we were told that we had to wait another 20 minutes for the main course, we did not agree with this. They put our receipt in the kitchen first, and my daughter already got her pancake. But 35 minutes later, there was still nothing, and then we left. Nothing was compensated for the bill, bad service.

Unfortunately many stories are correct here. Nice place with a lot of potential.
Last Saturday eaten there with 2 children visited. Made an appointment early and the restaurant was almost empty. Then you would expect that things will go well and smoothly. We ended up eating a pancake menu with some drinks for 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Order was not received, not reported that the main course of 1 of the children had to be added to the starter, drinks took too long, order was not fully delivered (I will come with the tea box but it has not been yet), go after things myself and finally in the end there is way too much on the bill and we get a discussion as if we are trying to clear things up.

Food is good but there is so much to improve in the service and handling. I am not so keen on burning off a visit but here I still felt called.

Despite the fact that we had booked well in advance, we were placed in a back room. That was not a cozy space. Later other guests joined and went to stone grilling. The ventilation was not good.
This state of affairs could at least have been discussed with us.

This restaurant is very cozy, the staff are fairly friendly, they know how to clear things at the right time and ask for a drink for example. The warm Apfelstrudel is definitely recommended!

There where some children making a lot of noise. Service was good, and the food was there quickly. Although we had a reservation I had to sit at the head of the table where there was little space, so got slightly bumped a couple of times. Both the salmon salad and the cheesecake tasted good. The fries weren't that great.

It was difficult for my disabled girlfriend to come in alone. Too few references and service. Dirty tables, mess on the floor.
These young employees still have to be managed. We discussed our complaints with them, they showed understanding. So maybe it's better now. I wish that every restaurant.

Had a wonderful time and ideal with the children! nice play area friendly staff and also with a large group they managed to nicely the pancakes to reach out to everyone. I enjoyed my alaska pancake and I took three very satisfied children home with a beautiful car and two also several paw patrol hugs and disco cups

Flying fish do not eat fresh salmon but canned and sour never eat there again

After repeatedly asking, after waiting 1.5 hours, 6 pancakes ready, 2 of which are natural. And that on a simple Wednesday evening with a handful of guests. Chapeau!

High tea reserved today. What a difference from other times. Not like we used to. Little Switzerland is no longer on 1 on our high tea list. Too bad! :(

Want to eat a pancake spontaneously? Then this is a great location! Nice terrace, playground for the kids and of course also enough space inside. This is also a great place for cheese fondue, stone grill, spareribs or a tasty burger. Gluten free also possible!

Nice family Christmas brunch. Maybe just standard (for some) but definitely recommended with the entire entourage.

Tasty food, but very slow service. The smallest child was the last to have food, insist on us. Drinking was (at our insistence) served after having to wait an hour.

Had a great evening! with 3 kids, 2 of which are under 2! Wide range from pancake to good meat and fish dishes!
The pancake was tasty, the fries in a nice cone bag were tasty, the asparagus were perfectly prepared, the spare rib fell off the bone as promised, the service came often enough to ask if we wanted something else to drink, the kids could play outside as well as indoors , nice surprise with the pancakes and super tasty and nicely made desserts !!!

Inside was full and the 2 terraces outside were also well filled and yet they did their best to find a place for people who had not reserved. Also tribute for the kitchen that kept it all right .... (as far as I could judge)
I would recommend everyone to eat here or give them a second chance!

Had a special meatlovers pancake. Was not special. A small pancake. With a few slices of meat on it. Dissapointing. Unfortunately. Had to pay 15.75 for it.
