What a great find! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Italian sausage dog was excellent! Lots of other options for picnic lunch or dinner. Can't wait to go back and try the rotisserie chicken or ribs!!

Frequently take the family here so everyone can get whatever type of sausage they want. Friendly service and delicious food. Between all of us we've probably tried every sausage and all are fantastic! Super easy to grill and they still taste great as leftovers, too. Highly recommend.

They've been in their new location on Main St. for the last 10 months. For previous 18 years they were located behind the grocery store. Call ahead for sausage orders, or to find out what is on hand. Also remember that they make sandwiches. Great little hidden gem, that is now easier than ever to find. Give them a try.
I had the Italian dog and it was the best Italian sausage I've had in a long time served on a nice fresh, soft bun with sliced onions!!
Fantastic food! We stopped in for lunch at their new deli counter, and the sammies were excellent. Pasta and potato salad too! Very friendly service. But the real reason to stop by is the homemade sausage. I sampled the Irish sausage and it is delicious! They also offer other fine cuts of meat. Simple food done well.
We love the beach town of Cayucos and the people who live and work there. We had lunch at this wonderful Deli known as the Cayucos Sausage Company. You can build your own made-to-order sandwich. I had the pork loin roast with all the fixings. It was delicious! The service and the food definitely deserve a 5-star rating.
