The service has the best of intentions, but the kitchen is extremely slow and they are not sufficiently competent or supervised to provide adequate service. Insufficient coordination between bar and kitchen. When you come in as a parent with children, you order directly in the hope that the children can eat quickly. It was very quiet, the staff were practically bored. After half an hour and after inquiring the sandwich arrived, after 45 minutes the pancake. Glad the lady in the ministry still came to the rescue when cutting the pancake :-) Great tent for tourists without a watch, but not for a quick bite. Price and quality not in proportion. Too bad for Driebergen.

We were at Klein Zwitserland last week. Have eaten pancakes there where we had a voucher where the 2nd pancake is free. There were no further additions or restrictions on the receipt. We have ordered a special Swiss Alps of 12.95 Euro, an apple bacon pancake with extra raisins of 9.40 Euro and a children's pancake of 5.40 Euro. In advance I had already agreed with the ministry that we had a voucher that said that the Special Swiss Alps was not included in this promotion. I agreed that it would not be free. At the checkout, however, I didn't get the pancake apple bacon with extra raisins for free, but the children's pancake of 5.40 Euro. This was done without any consultation. That saves 4 Euros in favor of Little Switzerland. One could at least have discussed which pancake had been free as 2nd, after all there was no restriction on the voucher. In view of this action one will not see me here anymore and one loses a multiple of the 4 Euro that one has won now ..

Incredibly nice place. Nice atmosphere too, of a wooden chalet in the mountains. We (= young couple without children) opted for stone grilling. Bull's eye, plenty of it and good food. The only downside I found that the pieces of meat were cut very large, you really prepared chunks of meat. Does not detract from the overall impression. Recommended!

To start with this review I first want to say that my food was tasty. However, it took a long time before it was on the table and some appetizers were only served after we had checked. The service was friendly but chaotic.

Food arrived a bit too slow, I suppose they do it so you all eat together at the same time. Pancakes are amazingly good. They have gluten-free and milk-free pancakes as well.

Well, it is not the location, but the person hiring the staff still has a challenge.
Upon arrival, a lovely lady takes our order. We indicate what you would like to order for drinks. No problem, she says. Her male colleague then comes to report the drinks and brutally reports that the kitchen is closed for drinks. At that point it is not even 6:00 pm ...
Somewhat disappointed, we recommend that the company consider keeping the drinks menu open for longer. We are told that we are "annoying". Up to 2x even ??!. You may think that we have behaved in a difficult or rude manner, but we haven't even had that chance yet ;-). Maybe it was a long day for the waiter but this is really way below par. We left for ........ the neighbors: the Bergse Bossen. Fortunately, they understood the catering profession considerably better. The customer is certainly not King at Little Switzerland.

Super location, great food.

Super location, great food.
What I do not find customer-friendly is that if you do not have your customer card with you, no suitable solution is offered. I have spontaneously eaten there twice now, without my loyalty card and you can whistle for your discount. This should be possible with today's technology. If necessary, that they put a stamp on your receipt to receive the discount at another time.

Cozy, crowded (at least on weekends) with tasty dishes and large portions. Besides extensive pancakes menu also other dishes, which is a big advantage for dads and mommies. Ok nice that there is a playroom and a playground.

Cozy place just outside Doorn. Very friendly staff and fast service. Food lots of choice and simple but tasty. Generous portions and aimed at families. So can be busy and restless here if parents are running around. Parking in front of the door. Terrace layout somewhat messy and tables / chairs not cleaned on our visit.

Very small table for 5 people where normally 4 people are seated.
Leaders are busy with some of the guests who are present.
The rest of the waiters are very friendly.
The food was also reasonable.
Just a pity that they offer few drinks you have to ask for it yourself.

Eaten on Sunday evening with 9 people. The service was chaotic. It took a very long time for the main course to be served even though there was enough staff available. I.v.m small children they had promised that the Desert would be there in 10 minutes, but this was 20 minutes and then things had gone wrong with the order. the quality of the dishes is not particularly to moderate. The staff is very friendly but lacks some insight and guidance.
