I got brought into management from a slum of a company and this place is literally the exact opposite.

Do no interview at this place... they will ask you to drive from hours away with a promise to be reimbursed for your travels then not follow through with their word. Also, you might get offered the job, then they will back out on that as well. People are rude, terrible communication, and basically have no considerate for human respect. I feel sorry for people that work at this company, and all I had was a lousy interview that I aced. Do no waste your time.
