Spoke with a customer service rep who was knowledgeable and friendly.

No one seems to know how to answer any benefit questions. Useless employees that are not hospitable at all.

Seriously STAY AWAY from these people. They make false promises just to get you to sign a contract and then do not hold up their end of the contract. I am currently reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, FTC, SCC, and BOI.

I can view my pay stub, but I can't view vacation hours, or get a hold of human resources through the site.

My business processed payroll with Resourcing Edge for years with no real issues. Prompt service when needed, real people answer the phone and they even helped me out after I was forced to switch to another payroll processor.
