New to India in us insurance domain good opportunity it terms of growth

Good step to start up a carrier for fresher from the day 1 of assessment til today trainers trained us well n make us more comfortable in task and on floor m happy to be a part of RSP

It is Insurance domain Company. Good place to work. People here are so cool

Actually I attended interview 2 weeks back and they said for sure they will be calling for further process, but, it is 3rd week going on no call nor mail received. If you are not interested in hiring why the hell you post openings in portals. Very bad experience.

Been working at RSP for just over a year now.. Great place to work, with a good work life balance, great infrastructure.

My friend selected this company but they rejected my friend because of some performance...wt is my question why u selected in interview see it s HR are doing fun s they are playing our life so my friend fully disappointed this job wt i telling don t trust this company go other company thanks good bye

Hi everyone am Srisai, still am not working here just i attend the interview am heartly say it is right place to work and it is a better future for who are all working here, it is a growing company and also helpul to build our career.

It is one of the best platfrom to everyone.

Recently I gave interview In Resource Pro, I cleared my SOP Writing, Assessment (20 cases Processed), then the Managers round it all went well.

Then I got a call from HR on 28/08/2018 that I have been selected for Assistant Manager Role, she asked for my last 3 months salary slip and offer letter of previous company and confirmed she will forward me the Offer letter by evening. But I didn t get the offer letter; I waited for few days then got a call from HR on 3/09/2018 stating I have been put on hold for some reason. 2 HR gave me 2 different reason for putting me on hold. On 07/09/2018 got a call and I was told that I have been rejected.

Now beacuse of them i have lost an oppurtunity with another company. As i was told that i have selected, i denied offer of another company.

I have also written to Country Head Mr. Manj Sohal waiting for his reply.

Hope to get a answer soon.

Great place to work and provides opportunities to learn new skills

Complete the process of interview as soon as possible. Don't take 2 to 3 months to complete it.

Interview process is too long they conduct long duration of test , it's located in Karle Infra , many companies in one building , resourcepro conduct interviews on 1st floor and workplace is in 11th floor.

This is not a professional company, one of my friend had joined this company and just because they lost the clients due to their issues they forced many employees to resign, in that case why should they hire? They is 0 percent job security. Join at your own risk

Recently gave my interview in Resource Pro. These ppl conduct Binder Assessments wherein the associates will be given 10 cases per day..
My question is how can you gauge one's experience and capabilities just in those cases.
Just waste of time .. I suggest please dont waste ur time n miss other opportunities..

I feel this is the best company i have seen , there are lots of opportunities here , my interview was taken from HR Deepika , overall i feel this is the best platform for the freshers.

Guys don't even prefer this company if u put on ur papers in your previous organisation. The main directors in this company are pure liars, especially the HR director, don't trust them, they change their procedures according to their needs. If u still prefer this company? All the best

During this pandemic I feel very lucky to get placed here, Good work environment and culture, Teammates are supportive and management is transparent, Company policies are good at the same time strict too.

Excellent infrastructure. Very well decorated building. The hub is little bit away from manyata tech park. From the company perspective, I cannot comment on that.

Keeps you occupied and provides new opportunities to build your carrier within the organization.

Don't recommend to anyone who are very serious for their career development... Wasted my 1 month of time by the worthless interview process... Having all the other opportunities we choose to wait for this process to be continued but all we receive is disappointment... The training before assessment is not so clear they're without any demos but they decide to pick candidates based on those scores which they don't even explain... This is too bad...
