We stayed at Magestic Sun and when we went to our hotel room it was dirty, it smelled like stinky smoke, and the couch was covered in brown stains. Everything was covered in black hair, dirt, and grime. We then contacted your manger Samantha. Not only was she rude and told us a bunch of lies. Told us she would get the room cleaned. The only thing the cleaning service did was clean the couch and throw some towels on our table. We then called back and she said she would call us back. After about 6 hours later we receive a call and she tells us she would get the room cleaned or move us to a new room. She then told us she would see what she could do and call us back later. I do not recommend staying at the Majestic Sun. Resort Quest is not a good service.
