This hotel has NEVER let me down. The rooms are so clean and the beds so comfy!!! They are also doing a GREAT job with additional safety COVID measures, but the extra efforts do not stop the staff from continuing in the tradition of excellent, considerate service I have enjoyed on every visit we make down to Charleston. Perfect location for our Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island visits. Kudos Guys! Best night's sleep in town...well, when I finally wind down enough to sleep after a day of adventuring.

Hotel was great, even during Covid. Breakfast of course is simplified because of Covid but the hotel is clean and very accommodating. The manager, he is basically AWESOME. So willing to go out of his way to make your stay the best ever. He was so kind throughout our entire stay.

Very rude service first thing when I checked in. Older lady at the front desk EXTREMELY rude and no manners. Also a few things things don t work in the room. AND, I have the come later, I m enjoying the space tag on my outside handle and housekeeping proceeds to open the door and come in my room as I m pooping. Not cool. Second bad experience with residence inn.

This is such an amazing place. It is tucked in and very much secluded. Very spacious rooms. It does offer two bedrooms suites within it three stories with rooms on each floor to choose from. It has everything from a hands-free sanitation station near the public restroom and fitness center. It has a pool and business center. It offers bag your own breakfast from individually wrapped danishes, sausage-egg-cheese biscuit, apple , orange , grape , & water . Free parking and walking distance to sports bars and other dining and shopping along with movie theater within walking or a short 3-min drive. Rooms have kitchen, full size refrigerator, dishes, work station independent of dining bar, sleeping pull-out sofa, decent size flat screen TV, spacious bathroom ...some rooms even are equipped with a corner fireplace that actually works and looks nice. It gives you a nice feel of home away from home.

Excellent as usual for a Marriott. Amy, who works on the front desk does a great job.

Great location, clean room, ample parking. The Front Desk Receptionist at check-in was friendly and personable; within 5 mins of entering our room she was giving us a courtesy call to make sure everything was in order. We're local and were staying for Valentine's Day but will highly recommend and would stay here again!

Went direct instead of through a third party hotel web site. Nice room but our hotel entrance door didn't work. Had to use door far away from our room. Paid $300+ for the night. Stay away if you from this hotel if you ask me.

Excellent property - clean and safe! Sunny at the Front desk is a top notch employee - Breakfast quality could be improved.
Property is convenient to beach, shopping & Charleston historic district

Great customer service. Clean rooms. Pet friendly! The beds were so comfortable we slept amazing. About 5 minutes drive to isle of palms beach. The free breakfast was great but maybe could have a few more options. Other than that would definitely stay here again.
