Came here for an interview about 3 years ago. The security recruiter was former Army so he made fun of the Air Force for 30 mins then finally offered to move my application to the IT department since I had a ton of technical skills. Yeah, I'd do it again.

Secured Servers is not about the customer. We had been with them since 2014 I believe, and despite spending more than $50,000 with them over the course of our stay they would not waive a measly $600 contract breach fee and instead made us stay with the contract and pay for a server we explained to them several times we didn't need. I understand, a contract is a contract, but they had no budge in terms of negotiating with us and eventually started ignoring our requests to negotiate and we had to literally send endless emails in hopes of one of them catching an eye and getting a response. I'll never use them again and our account rep (Shane) went from friendly to business real quick when we wanted to negotiate on the contract. Overall I feel like they faked us into staying, their contracts for lower pricing are a scam, and their semi-good network is the only stilt keeping this company afloat.

Using PNAP as a vendor, but they have been great. They have accommodated things my company has needed, open 24/7, and can make arrangements after normal hours when necessary. It is easy to access and continue accessing, which is key. If you need some data center stuff not in-house, check them out. They seem to have their stuff together and can accommodate what is needed.
