I loved this hotel.

I loved this hotel.

They have full refrigerators and a kitchenette.
They also have a Ronald McDonald house on the 5th floor. So be ready for the overwhelming cuteness on the elevators.

It s quiet and you don t hear your neighbors at all- which is a plus.

My employer booked this hotel for me, when I arrived the lady at the front desk asked for a debt card I replied" It's paid for thru my employer, She said yes this is just in case you charge something to yr room. I said I won't be charging anything. She then said were not charging yr card for anything it's just in case. I gave her my debt card and then looked on my bank statement the next morning. Well the Hotel did however put a $100 hold on my card funds which then caused me an overdraft fee of $30 I went to the front desk and asked why this was on my account she replied " It's just how we do it here" No where in my reservations does it say this will happen. . It's now 2 days after check out and the $100 is still being held.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay when visiting downtown Portland. My room was clean and the bed comfy, and the complimentary breakfast is pretty fantastic, especially for a hotel. My only complaint is the parking in their garage was pretty steep (over $30/day I think)

We stayed here one night, and unfortunately all the Portland hotels were booked out. My experience with Residence Inns are, they're either nice and new (or newly renovated) - or they're old and in need of renovation. This was a mix of both. The common areas were nice and modern, but the rooms were in dire need of change.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Workout facilities and pool are well maintained. Located on the waterfront with easy access to the trolley and light rail. We'll definitely stay here again.

Stay was comfortable. Clean and fresh. But breakfast was the cheapest breakfast ever. I mean with such good hotel. Over $200 per night, they could offer little more than a cereal bar and yogurt.

Great hot breakfast! Waffle machine was a nice touch. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Location is fairly central, easy to drive to restaurants and shopping but not much within walking distance. Parking is expensive, 30 bucks a night, but the room rates are reasonable so not a huge issue. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling I groups or families. Probably not the best for a romantic getaway, but probably not marketed to those travelers anyway. Rooms were nice and clean with a bathroom in each bedroom and functional kitchen. Elevators can take a while especially in the mornings. All in all a very decent place to stay and besides the parking, very affordable.

Our room was great. Very cozy bed, everything is super clean. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Portland. The $30/night parking was a bit of a sticker shock but as we were able to find street parking and were willing to wake up before 8 to add 2 hours to the meter until we were ready to go out for the day it was quite all right.

I'll be here a month and so far all the staff have been excellent. The room, despite being a studio, is very roomy with full amenities. I love that they included dishes, flatware, pots/pans, and a full size fridge. Staying here for a month, with these staff and these accommodations, will be excellent! Also nice that's is only an 8 minute walk to the OHSU tram.

90% of the time I visit Portland this is my hotel of choice. Mainly because the location and being able to park on the street. (Hotel parking is always expensive). The rooms are very nice, updated, spacious. Being able to cook in the room is an added bonus. Check-in is typically fast with no long lines. I will continue to stay here when I come to Portland.

Update. The parking was refunded by the hotel. Great response to my complaint.

Be prepared for $37 a night charge to park in their parking structure while you stay there. I do not recall any notices of this while booking online. I was asked at check in if i was going to be parking there and was then told about the $37. I asked where else i would park and the staff said "you could try to find streetvparking". Witch doesn't exist in Portland.

We stayed over night for my daughter's consultation at OSHU. The front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. We liked it so much we're booking for next month's surgery. We also love that they have two bedroom suite.

The hotel is a bit chilly in the winter because of all the doors in and out, but the rooms are pristine, large, and comfortable. Breakfast is made to order which is a real luxury for a free offering.

Hotel is a little bit old and next to highway and parking lots so there is nothing interesting close by including restaurants. On the other hand it's not that far away from downtown so one can have half an hour walk to the city centre. Hotel is located next to the river on the south end of the park which is nice if you enjoy walking.
Parking could be cheaper, current price is 37$ per day.

Problem with the credit card and the rooms were booked in my cousins name because there is only one spot to put a name when booking online. She got arrested over a different matter somewhere else and they wouldn't let me in my room to get my stuff. My ID is in the room and I have a flight in two days.

The staff are lovely and perfect! No faulting them, 5 stars. The location was farther than expected and actually feels like a weird placement for a hotel but w/evs. Must have been popular as it was very full even tho it's expensive. Breakfast being included was nice however it wasn't very appetising (they didn't have bacon? Colour me surprised). The eggs were ok, the sausage patties was not. The best items were probably the waffles, however it was a bit irritating to have the waffle batter run out, and not be replaced for about 15 minutes at the busiest time. Seemed strange to me, but not the end of the world. The bed is huge and super comfortable, the shower was reasonable, just a little dark/hard to see which seemed strange. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless it's the only place available, but again, the staff are wonderful and helpful!

This was a great place to stay. My husband was in the hospital and I needed someplace close and secure to spend the night. This was both. The room was nice, clean and I felt safe. The only problem I had was when I was in the laundry room my key quit working. I had to walk all the way down to the main desk to get new keys. I was able to take advantage of the laundry, gym, and complimentary breakfast while I was there. Great place!
