Great resource for commercial real estate property information

Joseph Walsh was my rep and he did an outstanding job. He took the time to show my assistant a more functional search option for my company. This database is amazing with all the tools available to the user. I would recommend this product over any other similar products I've seen on the market. I cannot begin to thank Joseph enough for his outstanding customer service and his commitment to servicing his accounts to ensure that his customers are completely satisfied. Way to go Joseph!

I have been using Reonomy for the last 6 months or so. It is the easiest and by far best site for finding property information.

How do you allow your customer service line to have a full mail box? Account Pg. doesn't give the option to unsubscribe, then when you try calling the mailbox is full?

Edit: the software itself isn't half bad, but they need to establish a much more credible method of unsubscribing rather then having to call and be transferred to who knows who.. With that said, I was reached out to by Aviva regarding unsubscribing and she was very helpful & also refunded me the month I wasn't suppose to be charged, so more of Her type of service would be a big step in the right direction for Reonomy. She bumped it up a Star.

As an investment firm, we are always looking for property that may be for sale today or in the future. We started using Reonomy in March of 2020. I can't say enough good things about the information that they provide, but the customer service is out of this world. I so appreciate the fact that I can find what is needed with one click instead of way too many.

Reonomy has been a great tool and service for my Commercial Real Estate business. I can search for owners contact information and get up to date sales comps. Also Reonomy has great customer service and they will make sure to train you how to use the service.
