I used Reynolds twice for my mother. One was an out-of-state planned move and the other, shortly after, an in-state move. Both were handled professionally with patience, attention, ease and great care. I had no worries and I appreciated the efficiency of the move and the safety of her items. With the second move within the facility, Jaime and Rey provided support in furniture placement and helped me think through what might work best for my mother who is visually impaired. It made a huge difference and through their care they helped make a difficult situation manageable.

The move went really well. They packed everything together in their truck and then upon delivery were able to put the big furniture exactly where I wanted it and even helped me put together my dining room table. It went fairly quickly too.

It was quite disappointing with my movers. I heard a lot of complaining and gripping. It is a stressful time without that. I was there customer. They need to work on that. Things were broken and it just wasn't a smooth move with this company. They are quite expense too. I wouldn't recommend this company. I recieved $39.00 for all my broken items and did not include the armoire they ruined.

Everything in good shape after nearly a year in storage. Employees during both packing/pickup & delivery respectful, polite & hard working. Personnel had to navigate challenging situations during both, but not a hint of complaint from anyone. No complaints here.
The estimate was right on. The truck driver, Allen Johansen was professional and hard working. The truck was clean and they did lots of communicating with us to make sure everything was as smooth as possible. No damage to our stuff at all! A great experience.
Reynolds did an amazing job. The virtual survey was very easy and Nils is great. I packed everything myself and paid a flat fee to move from Wisconsin to Massachusetts. There were no hidden fees or extra charges for things like gas/mileage.
As for the actual move, they checked on my move every step of the way, including to see how I was doing with the pack. They packed all of the large items great (such as using plastic wrap to wrap the sofa and cushions and then wrapping it in blankets). All of my boxes arrived in great condition (not smushed, no damage to what they contained, and everything was put together well.
The only thing I noticed was when they delivered my stuff it was like the one guy from Reynolds was irritated and I heard a comment about my IKEA furniture because it s pressed wood to the other guy because the screws were having an issue being put back into the TV stand. Four of my boxes were also missing and some stickers had fallen off the boxes. The missing boxes were found and delivered that weekend, though! So I didn t have to make a claim. These aren t a big deal to me because everything else was great and people have their days.
Overall I would definitely recommend Reynolds!
2 years in a row these guys have been great at delivering. They had difficulty getting to the delivery spot because of some power lines , and they problem solved right away to get the job done. The guys are always friendly and fun to work with.
The crew from Reynolds did a fantastic job and we really appreciated everyone involved in all stages of our move. Used Reynolds' partner company when moving from Ann Arbor to Madison which was a flawless and affordable (price point basically similar to other corporate quotes I got). Decided to use Reynolds given great reviews and knowing United moving companies have been great to us. Very glad I did. Quickly got back to me with a quote and made the arrangements for the local move. Communication was great. Movers were fantastic, took great care of everything and worked super efficiently. Per hour rate was slightly higher than other companies but certainly worth every penny - actually the movers ended up beating the estimated time by a long shot saving us a good amount. They were super friendly and helpful with all of our requests setting up our home. Would rate the moving experience A+ and certainly will use Reynolds if we move again.

Great moving service! They were able to help me find a moving package that was in my price range. The movers came and broke down my apartment quick, and made sure all my belongings were secure. It was a quick turn around before the driver was at my final destination, and he called several times to let me know when he would arrive. They put all my furniture where I wanted, and fixed back up anything they broke down. Overall, it was a great experience and took a lot of stress off moving!! In the last ten years we have moved seven times in four different continents, and each time our moves have gotten progressively more complicated because of things we tend to accumulate. While we have used professional movers for a long time, none were as professional as Reynolds. From the first phone call and home assessment visit and the final move, everyone at every stage was courteous, knowledgable and truly professional. We had tons of boxes of regular household items and many oversized and fragile objects that weighed hundreds of pounds. The ease with which they tackled the difficult-to-move items and doing it carefully and effortlessly is all that needs to be told as to why they have earned my review!

Reynolds Transfer was great to work with, starting with Nils in his home assessment and then with the office setting up all the details. Your men exceeded my expectations.
1. Arrived early on site and had the machine ready to be loaded by our scheduled arrival time
2. Treated the machine as if it was worth a million bucks
a. Protecting blocks underneath forks
b. Nothing was slid on the ground, only placed
c. Precision guidance for locating
d. Everything that they or I deemed critical to equipment was double protected
3. Very tidy job in tarping the machine for trucking.
4. Once at destination the machine was placed within 1/8 of our desired location in both directions.
If I recall correctly, there were 5 guys doing the move. Not a single person was standing around waiting for direction. They all knew what to do, what the expectations were, and the guided communication was impressive. I have the utmost respect for your team.
Worst service ever. Completely uncooperative and obtuse. Eli pretended to be the top person and blocked me from speaking with anyone in charge. Brandon was very unhelpful. The woman who answered the phone and refused to give her name was the most obnoxious, passive-aggressive person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with in my life. The owner needs to know his employees are about the laziest bunch on the planet and are actively doing everything they can to get out of doing any work by making it impossible to deal with the company.
We recently had an excellent experience with Reynolds Transfer & Storage. We were moving between homes and needed almost everything we owned held in storage for just over 3 weeks. Reynolds expertly picked up our belongings, accurately categorized and documented all items they took, held it safely storage, and returned it in perfect condition.
