I used Reynolds twice for my mother. One was an out-of-state planned move and the other, shortly after, an in-state move. Both were handled professionally with patience, attention, ease and great care. I had no worries and I appreciated the efficiency of the move and the safety of her items. With the second move within the facility, Jaime and Rey provided support in furniture placement and helped me think through what might work best for my mother who is visually impaired. It made a huge difference and through their care they helped make a difficult situation manageable.
