RentPrep Review

I wish I could give zero stars. I had a terrible time after getting the flat on rent. Initially I gave 5 stars. But after I entered the flat they didn't respond for 15 days. And after 3 days of shifting I was shocked to see that they were planning to sell the flat as few persons visited the flat for buying it .in the mail they told that the owner is coming for inspection purpose .however the owner was not there along with them. I have tried calling several times to the person who showed me the flat for receipts but of no use.

My personal recommendation would be not to go for them

This is a great service for any landlord/property manager. It has saved me numerous headaches over the past year that I've been utilizing their service. Their screening tools have helped me find dependable, long term tenants for my rental properties and avoid the nightmare ones!

As a landlord I know that finding and screening good renters are half of the battle. I've used RentPrep for my last three credit checks. The results are clear and easy to understand, and have helped tremendously in my screenings. I would definitely recommend them.

I've used this service twice and have been very satisfied of the results every time. The first time I avoided a delinquent renter who owed on his previous rental and was in credit card debt. The second time everything checked out and have the best tenants I could possibly get.
