First time I went in Manager had a rude attitude. They finally got rid of her but I find the people to be those that are not happy at their job and it comes across the counter. I almost dread going in to pay a bill. I rather pay the extra couple dollars to do it over the phone. I hate that this company and others like them charge double or triple what the items are worth.
