Horrible do not use ever!!!!!!!! Overly expensive unreasonable and rude. I would rather stay depressed and crazy then ever use these people ever again

I called to schedule an appointment with a therapist with specialty in a certain area. I was told by the secretary that was fine and that I would be set up with a therapist who could help me. A week before my scheduled appointment, I discovered they scheduled me with a therapist who does not work with patients for the services I had requested. I now have to start the search process all over again after waiting for this appointment for three, all because of poor communication and a disregard for client requests. This is an absolutely unacceptable.

Make sure to get a print out statement for each session that you pay, other than that I recommend Emily Emmerich as a therapist.

Had a great first experience with the receptionist. She emailed me promptly, was very friendly. I scheduled my appointment, got all of my paperwork filled out ahead of time, etc. The day of my appointment (East side location) I arrived about 15 minutes early. The door as locked so I waited in my car. My appointment time came around (2:00) and the door was still locked. I called the phone number that was on the text reminder, twice, no one answered. I waited until about 2:15 and no one showed up or called me back. It's been 24 hours and still no one has called me or emailed me. This is the most unprofessional and awful thing a therapist/counselor could do, especially to a person who is seeking help. Absolutely unacceptable.
