For those interested in a stable job, Renault is one of the places I recommend. The environment is very relaxing and the team is great! I recommend that I work here and I am pleased with what I have done here!

Maybe it was a bad day, but all the people I interacted with there behaved horribly from the parking attendant who yelled at me that I couldn't enter the parking lot in front of the parking lot, not even for a few minutes to get the card. By car I went to the guards who also started screaming because only employees could enter the car there and send me back to the first person. I parked at McDonald's and came on foot. From HR I received an email where the meeting was to be in a building. I arrived in that building, but there I was taken in by another person because I could not enter without the card. I went to another building I took the card I came back I found the person from HR with whom I had to have the interview but she tells me that she is busy and does not have time for me to go to another yard in another building where I will find a manager to interview. He gave me directions and sent me. Arriving in the 3rd building, I met the manager and the interview began. But what can you see, I applied for a job in the mail and he told me that that job is no longer available but they have another one close but in the middle of the interview I find out that the interview is for a completely different job that is only tangentially related to my experience (from engineering to testing to interpreting the laws) I said let's see what it's about and see what the atmosphere is. It was one of the most negative interviews I've ever had. Seeing that I didn't have much to do with law, they started asking me about college. At the age of 6, he asked me what my courses were called and what projects I did. It was clear that we were on different wavelengths, I was asking about each other. In the end I had to do a test, I did it and I left. 3 weeks they didn't give any sign after they called me to tell me I didn't take the interview because they saw that I wanted something else. Really.

In order to change my job in Bucharest, I sent the CV of this company (Renault). After a month I was called (from you) to the first interview with a French manager. At 2 weeks I was called to the second interview with the HR manager who forgot that he had an interview and went on leave and I held the interview after a one hour wait with a tripod from human resources. One week I was called by the HR manager and I had another phone interview. Two weeks after the telephone interview I am called to another interview with the department manager who wanted to know me. Conclusion: after 4 interviews I did not receive any answer, positive or negative, which shows the lack of: professionalism, respect and common sense.

The worst "deal" of my life was buying a Renault! Beware of these cars. Only at Renault is "NORMAL" a car to break down.

Super company! You learn a lot, you are tolerant and you have many career opportunities. The Dacia plant is closely linked to RTR and an engineer of any level of experience has to do there.

Welcoming people but when it comes to hiring ... rest assured if there will be a negative answer for sure they will not let you know as they promise! It happened on my own skin but I heard the same thing from several people ... The strategy of HR is at least dubious.

A competitive company, a greate company with many employers that work in team to offer the best vehicles at lower price on the market with good quality.

IDENTIFICATION (WIN CODE) VF12RAU1D56122318, PURCHASED ON OCTOBER 14, 2016, at 5:00 pm approximately, because I was deceived by delivering a defective product.
When leaving the headquarters of RENAULT COMMERCIAL ROUMANIE S.R.L. - Agent SC DEDEMAN AUTOMOBILE SRL, with its headquarters in Str. Republicii, No. 185, Bac u - Jud. I came back in the morning on the 15th. October, they did some checks "they went out in tests ?? !!" they replaced a sensor from the braking system from another new car in the yard, and they went out in tests but the defect persisted !! After approx. 3:00 I report that the bug can not come back on Tuesday and on October 18, "because until then no one to talk to ?! I returned on the 18th of October at 08:00 and left the car for repair, testing, testing?!), I was reminded at 4:00 pm the car was unrepaired and was asked to return on the 20th. when they will have "an ABS central unit" to replace because the one on the car is defective. I returned on 20 Oct I left my car and was asked to return on Friday 21 Oct because "the volume of work for its replacement is huge and more tests have to be done"
I came back on Friday, October 21st, 2016 at 12:00, the car was not repaired immediately, and I was informed: "We are sorry, went out and the defect recurred you can take the car and come back on Tuesday October 25th. ???? !!!!!!
I LEAVED THE MACHINE IN SERVICE IN THE MORNING BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT THE MACHINE HAS SERIOUS PROBLEMS TO THE SAFETY ELEMENTS FOR PUBLIC ROADS. DON'T WANT TO DIE OR KILL ANYONE BECAUSE OF A NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCT AND INCONSTIENCE OF EMPLOYEES from the Service!
This is unacceptable with a new product in a pretentious company that claims to comply with the highest standards of quality / security in force.
I REQUEST THE REPLACEMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT RENAULT CAPTUR ZEN TCE 120 EDC, WITH NO. IDENTIFICATION (WIN CODE) VF12RAU1D56122318 IS NOT QUALITATIVE CONFORMITY and was delivered defective !!!
There have been performed a lot of operations of disassembly / assembly and replacement of parts in the engine compartment, through tests "at the RENAULT recommendation" These operations have irreparably compromised the quality of the car / parts and operations performed in the factory, in addition to safety elements seals and other elements in the engine compartment pad are destroyed.
I HAVE PAYED THE PRICE REQUESTED FOR A NEW PRODUCT AND NOT FOR A DEFECT PRODUCT!

The largest engineering center of the Renault group outside France.

Been there for work, so there is not to much to say.

It is a great place to learn at a multinational level the automotive engineering and industrialization.
As a work place its quite hard to get there from Bucharest by car, in the rush hour you will spend more than 40 minutes in traffic, and by metro, I personally come from Drumul Taberei and I do around 50 minutes till Rtr, part walk, part metro and then the buss from Pipera metro station to the workplace itself.
If you don't have a car you are completely dependent of the company's transportation program, and after 18:00 the busses start to get rare up to 30 minutes apart.
Now, the place itself has good conference rooms, a pleasant open space and the external walls are actually full glass, which contributes to a pleasant naturally lightened place.
The only issue I think are the ridiculous small kitchens but normally you would go to Eurest or Quinine or at the Lidl for a good decent meal at a medium price range to high.
Parking slots used to be a problem but even now with the new space still are days when it be ts completely full.
Overall I recommend this place, and about the company itself, I cannot say much cause I only occasionally go there as a business partner and my interactions are limited to a small number of people, in other words it can be very different depending the context.

You don't go to work anymore. Anyway some carts come out of you :)))) those are not cars that you make there
