I was saddened by this situation, so they let me leave with a car that was not safe in circulation! I returned on 20 Oct I left my car and was asked to return on Friday 21 Oct because "the volume of work for its replacement is huge and more tests have to be done"
I came back on Friday, October 21st, 2016 at 12:00, the car was not repaired immediately, and I was informed: "We are sorry, went out and the defect recurred you can take the car and come back on Tuesday October 25th. ???? !!!!!!
I LEAVED THE MACHINE IN SERVICE IN THE MORNING BECAUSE I UNDERSTAND THAT THE MACHINE HAS SERIOUS PROBLEMS TO THE SAFETY ELEMENTS FOR PUBLIC ROADS. DON'T WANT TO DIE OR KILL ANYONE BECAUSE OF A NON-COMPLIANT PRODUCT AND INCONSTIENCE OF EMPLOYEES from the Service!
This is unacceptable with a new product in a pretentious company that claims to comply with the highest standards of quality / security in force.
I REQUEST THE REPLACEMENT OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE BECAUSE THIS PRODUCT RENAULT CAPTUR ZEN TCE 120 EDC, WITH NO. IDENTIFICATION (WIN CODE) VF12RAU1D56122318 IS NOT QUALITATIVE CONFORMITY and was delivered defective !!!
There have been performed a lot of operations of disassembly / assembly and replacement of parts in the engine compartment, through tests "at the RENAULT recommendation" These operations have irreparably compromised the quality of the car / parts and operations performed in the factory, in addition to safety elements seals and other elements in the engine compartment pad are destroyed.
I HAVE PAYED THE PRICE REQUESTED FOR A NEW PRODUCT AND NOT FOR A DEFECT PRODUCT!
