Repeated calls to Renault Suisse because of various problems on my Espace, each time completely incompetent, not particularly proficient in the German language, employees at the other end, each time a case is opened that will not be found next time, unsuccessful attempts, a manager On the e-mail request, the answer came from customer service in Austria! in so bad German that I had to read it twice to understand the answer.
Problems are reduced, I was even accused of simply not being able to operate the vehicle! OK, at least they apologized for that later. Here the principle prevails devinitively: "Knock off the customer until he gives up"
