Lobby/enterance/restaurant all decorated very well! Very clean hotel! Very satisfied staying at this hotel after got married! Staff Armando at the restaurant was so kind and celebrated our special day together! Our dinner at the restaurant was so great! Highly recommend to stay at this hotel!
Private setting for a beautiful hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our meals were exceptional.
One of the best hotels in and around the Westchester area. The have a well styled lobby and coffee shop.
We booked a banquet hall there and service was excellent. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean.
They also have a banquet hall with outdoor space to have some beautiful summer parties.
Try out the delicious buffet breakfast.
Beautiful hotel! Absolutely wonderful stay over new years eve. The building is gorgeous and fun to walk around. The rooms are smallish but still very comfortable and great to stay in for up to 4 people (2 per double bed).
I had a great stay at the hotel. The common areas were quite nice, especially the Lonny and the pool area. Even the conference room we were using for my event was amazing - surrounded by windows overlooking a forest. I recommend, especially for a firm event.
Very nice and BIG hotel. Nice indoor pool, clean rooms and a good gym to get a good workout.

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. My sister had a room block here for her wedding. Details were all set up and never once was there a mention of there potentially being a chance the hotel would be closed due to covid or was closed at the time of the room block. Less than 2 months before my sisters wedding they email her, not even a phone call out of respect, to let her know the hotel is closed and all the people who booked because the invites were already sent out would have to find other lodging. Let alone having to tell everyone that has booked they have to book another place we arent even sure if other places have the availabiltiy we need and we are hosting guests out of town. If you want a hotel that will wash their hands of you no problem at any given moment without a care in the world than this is the place for you. It even pains me to have to give them 1 star because it was the only way to post this warning review. Motels offer better service than this!!!!
Love, love, love the Renaissance! I've been coming here for years since I have family that lives nearby. This is a lovely hotel nestled in the woods. The interior lobby is beautiful with a library area, bar and restaurant. The Hive serves up delicious meals and bar bites. The hotel staff is so friendly and welcoming! They enhance an already amazing experience as this hotel has fire pits outdoors, a lovely pool, tennis courts and hiking trails in the woods. The rooms are modern and the windows look out onto the forest. I truly feel that this is my home away from home in Westchester.
Great spot in White Plains. Great bar/restaurant with great, healthy choices. Still hotel prices. Also great spaces within for connecting, conferences and working. The rooms are classic Marriott with comfortable beds, big flat-screens and small bathrooms. Staff answered any call, and even helped direct me to walking paths. Always a good stay.
Stayed for 1 night and it was a really great stay! The pool was spacious and perfect for my 7 and 1 year olds, the room was clean, and the staff were amazing. They were quick to bring us extra towels and toothbrushes that I forgot to pack. The beds have reading lights attached to the headboards which is a great feature! If you're traveling with kids the crib is actually a pack and play my kid won't sleep in one so he just slept on the bed with us. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will return.
