Brian and Erika were so great and helpful to us!!! they answered all of our questions very thoroughly and were so kind through the process. they even gave us 9 free sonic slushees!!! would highly recommend working with them and going to them with any questions or concerns. they were very patient and very accommodating and met all of our needs. very up front which is what we needed to hear. 10/10!!!!
I have lived at their Park Place apartments for a year now and had an amazing experience. The best part about living here are the employees who oversee this property. Tina works in the office and is super helpful anytime I have a question or need assistance with something. When I have left her a voicemail she has called me back within one business day, and she always finds answers to my questions. Ross mainly handles the maintenance issues at this property and handles work orders quickly and professionally. He also takes the time to talk with me and ensure any issues I have with my apartment are resolved.
I have lived at Park Place Apartments for going on 6 years. Since they have been taken over by Bryan Properties, the atmosphere and the community feel has changed so much. It is has been such a wonderful place for my family and we feel safe there. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
I have lived in Pheasant run apartments for many years now. The staff here is great and very professional. When there is a maintenance issue they are always on top of it. I look forward to many more years to come with the great staff.
Park Place has a good management team, with friendly, responsive, and professional staff. The property manager is prompt to help tenants and respond to concerns. Good communication and nice staff.
I simply cannot give high enough praise to this company. The best part of renting with them is honestly the property manager there named Lou Rios. She goes so far above and beyond for her tenants. I was impressed from the moment I met her at the showing. The customer service level is off the charts and I can t think of anywhere else I would rather rent.
Park Place Apartments are honestly a great place to live! The neighbors and staff are all extremely friendly, and I am able to have my sweet dog here with no problems. My husband & I love it here! Good price and amazing quality. Our apartment is absolutely beautiful. Couldn t ask for more :)
Park Place has been my favorite place to live in Branson. Affordable and safe, I feel good about raising kids here. They also treat your pets like family and that s a bonus! Park Place personnel work hard to keep things in order and create a true community with their residents! Well done!
I had to submit a work order for maintenance they are very prompt, courteous and accommodating around my dog and work schedule. Ronnie came out and diagnosed my problem and had it fixed in a timely manner. He is awesome! And Dawn too:)
I've been living at Park Place apartments for almost 6 months now and I've felt at home since day one. It's a well lit property and a relaxed community. The staff is top notch, answering any questions or concerns with professionalism. All maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The staff at park place is always setting up events to include everyone and they are super friendly with the pets on the property! There are many things that I can say about this apartment complex, but the most important thing to me is that I get to call this place Home! Thank you Bryan Properties and Park Place!
