They helped me get into a beautiful home,ask for june

Cashier geeted us as we came in and was wonderful as she took our order.

I met Marilyn Burres through my parents she helped them in the buying process of 2 houses. My dad told me if you ever want to buy a house get with marilyn. So we did and she is great. Shes honest, trustworthy and she has a great personality!

Jimmy Ashby helped me find an amazing house well within my budget. He helped me negotiate everything smoothly answered all of my questions and was a lot of help! Ask for jimmy and he will not disappoint!

I listed my home in Troy with Jon Gersbach who works for Sojourn Real Estate because he lives in Troy and I thought he would know the area and because it was close to home he would be able to be at the property quickly in order to show it. The only time Jon ever came to the house was to get the contract to work with him signed and to place the sign in the yard. He never even showed the property! This was the fourth home I've sold and Jon was by far the most lazy realtor I've ever seen! He couldn't even be bothered to show up for the closing!

We unfortunately used this company for rental management and the property maintenance was so poorly taken care of, we are now having to make high costly repairs to the house, including new shower (that was never cleaned) new paint (that they hap hazzardly touched up with a different shade) and AC unit (that they never changed the filter on). They also did not inform us of any repairs made in the house while tenant was living in it. Terrible communication...absolutely not worth the monthly amount of money they took for the headache or stress they ve put us through.
