My experience at this hotel was amazing. Alex went above and beyond! She s very welcoming and has a caring nature. I felt extremely comfortable and overall had an enjoyable stay!

If you go in expecting a modern 4 star hotel with amazing water views (which most of their promotional material seems to use), you'll probably be disappointed. This hotel definitely feels a bit dated and it seems like very few rooms have unobstructed water views.

It's still a solid hotel though. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfy, nice office desk, location is great. Considering the price is a fraction of what true luxury hotels in the area go for, it's a great choice if you are looking to have a nice stay at a reasonable price.

Good location, I didn t not like the front desk one of the staff that he had some difficulty to hear and kind of agitated!
Big miss communication issues dealing with front desk.
The room view is nice. The room fan kind of noisy. Electrical outlet are very loose easy fix
Surprised that house keeping is not done for the passed 3 days we stayed.
Parking rate is kind of high.

Very reasonable price for our king-sized room with Harbourfront view balcony. We received free parking with the BC resident deal. The hotel has a pool (no hot tub). Receptionist was warm and friendly. Overall, a good place to stay with close proximity to Canada place.

Nice staff. I was a bit disappointed with the gym and the pool conditions and quality. Hottub was designed. My room had a nice water view. Breakfast wasn't included but it was nice quality. I prefer Pinacle North van as it was newer.

Due to our old friend Covid, my wife and I decided to stay in Downtown Vancouver for a couple nights for a mini-staycation. Anthony at the front desk greeted us upon check in and provided us a fantastic welcome. He ran down all the safety protocols in place and even helped us book our gym times immediately. Although we were born and raised in Vancouver, we did not know which restaurants had patios open and where we could go to experience some normalcy for dining. Anthony was quick to provide some suggestions.

Wonderful experience and great views of Coal Harbour. Perfect location for bike rides at Stanley Park. Never stayed in a hotel in our home town before and I am happy to say we have world class service in our own backyard.

Very pleasant stay. Clean rooms, polite staff, food was average, very centrally located. Water view is incredible. We will be back for sure.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything was just great - room, washroom, view and service.
Originally we booked a King Harbourview room, but Front Office staff gave us a free upgrade to Premium Harbourview room which had an amazing view of Vancouver Harbor (water, mountains and seaplanes)!
Checkin was pretty easy and since we booked the room under BC Resident offer, parking was included for 4 days (in and out), which was great, as otherwise parking per day is $35+
Because of COVID-19, they didn t provide any room service throughout our visit - acceptable. But they certainly ensured that we can call Help Desk in need of anything. I did call them a couple of times and they were very quick in delivering the required amenities.
I also ordered a hotel amenity and Bloomex gift basket ahead of our visit to be delivered to our room on our wedding anniversary. It was appropriately delivered on specified time and the Manager was so kind to waive off the amenity charges from our total bill and instead made it complementary for us. That was very sweet
We didn t try their pool and gym although they were open on appointment basis only. The complementary tea and coffee stall in the lobby was nice and clean. We didn t try P2B restaurant either as they didn t have many vegetarian options
Overall a very pleasant experience. 1 star less for the noisy AC fan in the room

Was clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. There's a gym and a pool that you can use even in this time of Covid so that's nice!

Our check-in was made so comfortable thanks to Richard at the front desk. He was thorough, informative, and efficient. Our server in the restaurant (Robert, I think it was) was also an absolute gem and very attentive.

The room itself was good but I took a star off because it wasn't as clean as I expected. The bathroom had fingerprints on the mirror and a ring in the bathtub, so would certainly expect more in terms of cleanliness The towels were also a little tired.

The location is perfect, and I loved the secure parking that was included in our room rate.
