Renaissance Orlando Airport Review

Beautiful accommodations and lovely people. The hallways and elevators are not air conditioned but otherwise a lovely experience.

A very nice hotel and great hospitality. We arrived early Friday morning from an overnight flight from the west coast a day prior to our Caribbean Cruise Our check in time was 3pm. The gentleman at the desk informed us our room was ready and checked us in early so we could rest from the flight. Thank you so much and we greatly appreciate you accommodating our needs.

The hotel was nice but you have to pay to park and there is no laundry facilities

The rooms were huge and spacious with plenty of seating for a social event.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. But I was not impressed with that bathtub, really outdated and poorly maintained.

What a place. Excellent staff...very very clean room. Nice and bright in rooms. No odors and very clean smelling. Valet parking is very friendly and if Jonathan is your Valet greeter, you will be welcomed with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.

I went to this hotel for a professional event and they provided a comfortable meeting space. The lobby and all guest areas are very clean. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful.

Very nice on the inside. Rooms were nice and spacious. There's also a neat little park that has a lake within walking distance that's definitely worth checking out.

Nice hotel with a convenient location. Easy for a missed flight or meeting but not the place to stay to enjoy the Orlando tourist area.

I've stayed at this hotel several times for business purposes. The staff are very attentive for the most part. The rooms are great, pretty large and the televisions offer internet TV so you can watch Hulu, Netflix, etc. The food in the restaurant is always good. My favorite are the sweet chili wings. There are also a ton of food places near by including TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill, BonChon Chicken, and Denny's. The lobby decor is quite chic and modern and the gym is pretty decent.

Hung out with some incredible people and just a suggestion ask for Alberto at the bar he's terrific!

We are staying at the Renaissance Orlando during this most recent trip. The room was nice and clean and the amenities are top notch. I will definitely keep the Renaissance as an option whenever I'm in Orlando.

First ever hotel I've stayed at where I had to pay for parking. Beautiful I admit but for the price, la Quinta is much better quality. My bath room wall tiles were cracked and they didn't even give us shampoo. Other than that, I pretty happy stay.

I assumed free parking like everywhere else but Expedia wasn't so clear. I don't think I'll ever stay here vacationing but my CE course was here so I had no choice.

The hotel lobby is beautiful. The breakfast ends at 9, but they still provided us with breakfast around 11. Overall, it was a great experience

This place makes you pay for parking. If that isnt enough they don't provide breakfast and they don't even have Wi-Fi. Its not cheap and they'll make you pay for any additional convenience.

Parking lot is gated a plus so you re not worried about your prize possession while you sleep.

My group ( 4 adults 4 children ) flew in from Pittsburgh on 1/25/19 to Orlando Int. and was told my this hotel to meet at the shuttle location witch was a non issue. Once we got to the described location we instantly seen our shuttle. We went to board the shuttle as the driver mentioned to us that the shuttle was full and that we were to wait for another one in about 15 minutes. Mind you that the shuttle had 2 passengers in total when we were told that. We waited roughly 40 minutes for the next shuttle witch was the same driver that told us that we could not board. At that time my friend and I had to load all of our own bags into the shuttle as the driver just stood and watched us. We then get to the hotel with in minutes and the driver starts tossing the bags out of the shuttle and onto the pavement. To my disappointment my brand new ipad pro was in my duffle bag and became damaged in this process. I made a claim with the front desk and they did the proper procedure with getting all the info and pictures. I was told to follow up with the front desk manager on this situation with I was just informed by that the hotel can not do anything to compensate. the gentleman told me that I am to turn it into my insurance and they will contact the hotel. after I was told that I said so basically you are not going to stand behind your fault and he said no unfortunately. I am not one to write a negative review but I do own 3 businesses and understand that if my company or employee makes a mistake that I am supposed to stand behind my name and take care of the issue. Other wise the hotel was nice and accommodating.

I've been to this hotel many times for training purpose. Everything was very organized, clean and I always received a very good customer service from the staff.

Rooms are good and spacious , but no free WiFi !!! :O :(.
Also the lobby carpet stinks.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, quiet rooms, a bunch of restaurants within walking distance, free gym, free pool/hot tub AND a free shuttle to and from the airport. You get more then you pay for which, in my experience, is rare for hotels. I seriously enjoyed being here and even though Orlando was not my final destination, I would have considered staying just for this hotel. No joke

Beautiful hotel, great staff, convenient location. All the amenities you'd expect from a four star hotel.

Got here at midnight, trying to take a shower, no hot water. They moved me to another room noise of construction work at 8 am. They give me 50 dollars credit. I don't recommend this hotel

Guest services were amazing. I love the people. The hot tub was dirty, but it had rained earlier that day.

You can't beat this hotel for the price. Just a one night stay for me on business. The hotel is close to the airport but it's quiet. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, good food... what more can you ask for?

Really nice hotel stayed here for a weekend. Only thing that sucks is the parking is not free its really expensive per night.

I attended a work event. The event was on the bottom floor.

I always go to this place when flying out of MCO for long term parking. Relatively cheap and reliable shuttle service.

Very helpful front desk staff specially, Alex. Big rooms with great view. Food is also good specially the one's served a la carte, did not like the buffet menu though.

I must say, if you ever drive to the airport you shouldn't park anywhere but these off site park places. This one in particular is the one I have used repeatedly and based on my experiences so far would never think of going anywhere else. My last time I even accidentally left my passport in my car and the shuttle driver did everything he could to ensure I got back to my car to be able to get my passport and make my flight. Keep up the spectacular service and I will continue to come. Thanks again for all your help during my little crisis!!!

Nice sleek modern hotel, cool lobby, our desk person was lovely, super kind as we had been up all night with flight delays. Room smelled very faintly of cigarettes. Breakfast was standard, nothing special.

Beautiful hotel and the staff is pleasant & accomodating

Rooms are great and the service is also top notch. Location is also great top restaurants are right across the street. We're very happy to have picked this location. Not happy to be paying for daily parking tho $14 per day but we can live with that.

As with many hotels the structure is dated but the beds and accutraments are nice. Staff was fantastic. Airport van was on the half hour so had to wait a bit. Overall enjoyable.

Normally I would have given a 5* rating but the shuttle bus never came to get me I had to use a taxi to the the hotel paying extra money which I'm not being reimbursed for

Renaissance is nice clean hotel close to the airport. They have free shuttle from airport. Nice pool area but fitness center is bare bones which I hope they improve as frequent travelers like on move continuously rely on hotel fitness centers to get some exercise. They have great happy hour deals food is good. A lot of conference rooms available if you looking for some place to host an event close to Orlando airport. Valet parking is available also the parking spot is adjacent to hotel building.

Really not any better than any of the more affordable options right across the street. It's basically like a Hampton Inn with a fancy lobby, no free parking, and no free coffee.

I am having a great stay at the Renaissance Hotel! The staff is great and the rooms are very nice ans clean.

My Dad stayed here during a visit to see his daughters and grandchild. It was very nice other than the smell of gasoline gas in the hallway leading out to the pool? Loved the apples, waters and even G2 in the gym! Really clean hotel with great tasting orange water. The Lounge/breakfast area looked very happening too.

Picked up a friend who was staying here for a training. The lobby was beautiful. They put in the water feature the name of a convention. It was modern clean and the staff was really polite and helpful.

Great staff and beautiful hotel. The coffee stand was great for a snack and fresh coffee.
I also appreciated the airport shuttle :)
Will stay here again the next time I'm in Orlando

Nice room, friendly helpful front desk staff. My only complaint was the the room had a musty smell and the air conditioner was very loud. My coworker who was in another room agreed with the noise issue but didn't notice a bad smell in her room. Still giving it 4 stars just because everything else was on point.

The hotel is nice, but meeting rooms very basic. Also, I didn't enjoy the food in Fresco and recommend to find another restaurant nearby.

Nice clean hotel, easy access to all the facilities at Orlando International Airport. The windows are pretty sound proof so you don't hear the planes. Unfortunately the restaurant hasn't reopened yet.

Rooms are nice but starting to look a little dated, especially compared to the lobby area. I'm not a big fan of Wi-Fi that you need to pay for....I feel that nowadays it should be an included commodity.

One benefit of this hotel being close to the airport is the 24-hour airport shuttle service. Overall, this is a good option.

The room was very comfortable and even though being next to the airport quiet at night. However, the hotel may need to think about me or ambient lighting at night as the rooms are extremely dark at night and requires you turn on a brighter light just to see where you're walking at night. The food is okay, don't try the calamari though. And the bar is awesome.

The first time I used this airport parking it was 4:00 am and there wasn t anyone outside so I took a ticket and parked my car. I was waiting for the shuttle until a group of flight attendants showed up. The driver ran to a parked shuttle and took us all. She told me to get out because she was not going to drop me off at my terminal and that it was a small walk to the other terminal. No big deal since I pack light and always have my tickets pre-printed. I decided to give this another chance. I arrived with my boyfriend at 5:25pm, I checked in with the valet. I asked my them to hold the shuttle because I knew it was going to leave at 5:30. I explained we did not have any bags. I told my boyfriend to go park. My boyfriend showed up to the front entrance at 5:31pm.The shuttle left us and we called an Uber because the next shuttle would not take us until 6:00 pm. I understand the shuttle leaves at the top and bottom of every hour, but we missed it by 1 minute. The shuttle driver had 1 person in the shuttle. Only use this airport parking if you are prefect with timing or if you are ok with waiting 30 mins for a shuttle.

I went for a 2 day summit program and the staff was very helpful and the lunches were delicious, tbey could have had things more clearly marked, we did have to ask where our ballroom was

Nice room. Nice lobby. Bar was closed when I arrived late. Lunch menu was sparse and overpriced. But room was nice.

Great room, nice king bed, convenient to the Orlando airport.
