Renaissance Orlando Airport Review

Went for airport parking and the "valet" wasn't trained to tell me I had to park it myself . otherwise. Fast shuttle , driver was good

Renaissance Orlando airport. Comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant. Friendly reception staff.very convenient to the Orlando International airport.

Room was large and bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower.

Two complaints...

1. an airport hotel that charges $16 a day for parking. Ridiculous. For this reason I will never stay here again.

2. Very noisy air conditioner in the room.

Beautiful hotel. Parking is expensive buy try comp it if you stay there. Rooms are awesome. Lobby and staff are wonderful. Would fed stay there again

Great room. Very clean and nice. Wish the wifi was free, I never understand the reason for charging for that.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great customer service. There is a nice park just around the corner. I had a nice stay, comfy bed! There pool has fantastic cabanas to make lounging more enjoyable

A somewhat dated hotel in a great location with a great staff that would normally garner a 4 star review from me. The reason for 3 stars...Pillows! The hotel has beautiful looking pillows that look to be bursting out of the cases like fat legs out of jeggings but once your head hits them you sink straight through to the bottom. Fortunately it is Florida and there is a Walmart Every 2 miles. Bring your own pillow and get that 4 star experience.

Went there for airport parking the valet knew the drill so it was an easy process

The hotel is really nice and beds are comfortable. However, the "free WiFi" you need to sign up for by giving your name, address, and other details. Once I finally got on it barely worked. In my opinion a four star hotel should have at least decent WiFi that we do not have to pay for. Also, the shower isn't the greatest.

There was black mold on the vents of our room. They charged 35 extra per night without telling us which is shady. Other reviews here indicate a parking fee. Better off staying at most of the other hotels nearby and ask if they charge a resort fee first. And don't book thru priceline becuz they apparently like to tack on resort fee of 35. With no breakfast, fee for parking, and a busted printer which we couldnt use for boarding pass. The staff were pretty polite but we get the sense this place might be a scam.

Great location. Close to the airport and plenty of restaurants close by. There's even a park in walking distance.

Our event went smoothly, and accomodations were as planned. Have signed up again a year in advance.

This place is nice, the gym is good with apples, and pools are big! One thing i don t like about is they use soap for shower, i don t feel comfortable sharing the soap with other people.
The last time I stay, I am pretty sure one of the bed didn t change the sheets, because it was sandy and I found some hairs under the blanket!

Chloe in the coffee area is the sweetest and professional girl. Love seeing her during my travels!

Great location if youre looking for something near the airport. Hotel is in walking distance to over a dozen restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and come with both mini refrigerator and microwave.

Went for a work 1 day conference. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

For the most part it is a nice hotel but about 50% of the time I have some issue like a musty smelling room, hallway smells like sewage, broken toilet, etc.

The hotel is nice enough. It really "feels old" in the rooms. Low ceilings, tons of caulk on the tub...just add another layer. The tub was scratched up with several areas of stain, ? rust. It did seem clean at least.

Only convenient to the airport. It is a long way to the resorts!

The restaurant is really sub optimal. We had the buffet this morning and it was awful. The food tasted bad....especially the omelet, maybe the skillet needed to be cleaned? The fruit was the only really edible option. The buffet was $16 each and I literally couldn't finish anything other than the fruit. The staff was courteous but very scarce. We had to wait several minutes before the cook returned to make our omelet. We couldn't find our waiter to get our check.

Our table was dirty. Someone has spilled coffee and it was all over three of the seats.

So many choices in Orlando! I would make this very low on the list to choose!

Stayed there for the weekend and absolutely loved it. Hotel is great. The only thing that could have been better is the menu at the restaurant. It did not have many options, but i ordered a chicken caesar salad and it was delicious. Great environment and friendly stuff. Thank you very much

Was not impressed.
First time I've had a hotel that hadn't changed the bedding since the last guest.
Even though they gave us new sheets, making a bed at 1 am before we had to leave at 5 am was not our preferred way to spend the night.
I would hope this was an isolated incident but other reviews would suggest this happens frequently.

Would not recommend.

Great rooms, great location, food was nice, beds are the best. The front desk personalities could improve, especially for Marriott Standards. I stay here often and do enjoy it. The pool area is also very nice, resort style, for an "airport" hotel.

Good airport hotel for short stays. Google restaurants TGF dennys IHOP long horn all close by.

Very easy to find and good staff. Easy parking and excellent small restaurant

Had room lock issues. Had to wait for maintenance to break into our room and work on the electronic locks while we we getting settled in our room. The restaurant was understaffed and extremely slow. We regretted not going to one of the neighboring restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and apologetic.

The rooms and front desk staff are both high quality and you can tell they care about their patrons. The breakfast buffet in the Fresco dining area is well kept and they gave a good selection of dishes. Finally, the location of the gym, spacious pool, and nearby restaurants made this a solid MCO hotel to go to!

There are so many great hotels in Orlando, and really good hotels near the airport, all newer, very well appointed, that for one to charge you to park in their lot I think is outrageous. The $8.00 per day fee to park was not disclosed anywhere on AAA site where I booked this stay. I then went and checked several travel sites such as Expedia and Yahoo Travel - and its not disclosed there either. I would NOT have booked this stay if I knew they would charge me to park in their lot. When I voiced my complaint at check in, the gal at the desk looked like she could give a crap, didnt say anything, just handed us our room keys and walked away. I imagine she gets this all the time then. I have lodged complaints with AAA and Marriot and demanded a refund of the parking fee - because it wasnt disclosed, and actually it was very inconvenient getting in and out - had to use room key to access gate, and half the time they didnt work, would have to buzz and wait several minutes for someone to answer to let us out/in!!!!

My favorite hotel in Orlando! These guys just get it right every time!

Parked our car here for the airport and use their shuttle service to go to and from the airport. Shuttles leave every 30 minutes and were on time. The driver offered water and ensured we were comfortable. Reasonable charges for the service.

Clean, friendly and beautiful and the rooms were recently renovated. We love this place!

FOOD IS OVERPRICED! SERVICE IS NOT COMMISERATE TO PRICING! PAY PARKING? WHAT A JOKE! HOTEL EMPLOYEES ARE LESS THAN CARING! You can find much better in the Orlando area without looking too hard!

Beautiful hotel, sparkling clean and friendly Service.

I was there for a work conference and the staff was incredible. By the end of the week, they knew me by name as well as preferences, etc. I worked with a number of the event managers like Patti and Cynthia. They were extremely helpful. They brought snacks during a late night working on presentations. They had someone pick up Icy Hot patches when my back was acting up badly. Things that showed they went way out of their way to ensure a smooth work event. A great experience!

Beautiful hotel convenient to airport. Service from start to finish (front desk, bar, shuttle) was outstanding.

Conference rooms are fantastic, lobby is really swish; however, it's one of those hotels you can tell was absolutely fabulous back in the day but has been let go and needs renovation. Also, the parking lot is paid only, and we all hate that.

The meeting room was perfect. Also the food and service provided was top notch.

Great place for an event, but they don't have Starbucks coffee... it tasted terrible.

Awesome hotel to stay in the Orlando area. Michael one of the evening supervisors is awesome, very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Not impressed. Rooms have a slight odor and need some work. Also what quality hotel doesnt atleast offer free wifi?
