7th floor was much better
Kind of weird water pressure
Overall I love Marriott properties.

I made a reservation for parking online and it was easy to park my car and validate my ticket with the hotel.

One of my frequent hotels if I'm in town. Great spot

Here for a business conference. Catering was food, service was attentive. Facilities met our needs

Stayed during Hurricane Irma and they did the best they could to accommodate us.

I would like this comment to be forwarded to the General Manager, Charles Moore. A gentleman named "Jeff" (not sure why you have a company policy against saying your last name) took my travel agent's call and was very helpful in accommodating my special requests for my reservation. It was around 7:30pm EST on August 29. I recommend he be rewarded for his excellent customer service. - John Kevin Cullen

We stayed over night here because our flight was delayed. The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The bed was also very comfortable. It was also close to many attractions in Orlando, such as Disney Springs (only a 20 minute drive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel. Clean room, comfy bed. Great restaurant. The coffee bar wasn't so great but everything else was.

Nice hotel good location. Did not stay overnight. Only attended a social event.

Very nice hotel. 4 stars all the way. The service is good, rooms are nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. The bad: Housekeeping ladies were a bit loud in the hallways around 8 am :-/ you have to pay $14 a day for parking and extra $$ for internet in the room like every Marriott hotel. They do have internet in the lobby for free though. the hotel is nice overall.

It is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are neat and very organized.

Very comfortable (except frigid hallway temps), very friendly, accommodating staff, food good. Located close to a number of other restaurants within close driving distance. Hospitality room for Marriott members was excellent as was staff manning it. Great meeting hotel.

Nice hotel, however, requested pillows with no feathers, they stated it would be right up, never delivered. Made for a terrible night sleep.

What a beautiful hotel! I was so surprised to see something so close to the airport be also so beautifully decorated and appointed. The staff has been nothing but courteous and 100% professional. I had the Caesar salad which was unusual with roasted garbanzo beans but it was really fantastic. A great vegetarian option.

The attention is great, and the food is wonderful they made me a special vegan dish and it was delicious. Really love it there.

Nice room, service was decent. Toilet made a high pitched squealing noise every about hour and a half, only 'fix' was to jiggle the handle and it would happen again later. Found out from others with me that they had similar issue. Told front desk in the am and they seemed to kind of blow me off, like they were in a hurry to get back to what they were doing...

Holiday party. Food was really good, nice clean venue.

Clean and comfortable. But the Internet connection in my room was pretty sporadic. Also, the water temp in the shower was not consistent.

Great hotel that is close to the airport. Staff at the front desk and restaurant are friendly and attentive. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the Aveda products in the bathroom, very nice touch. Good experience!

Everything was great but the food selection couldve been better with more comfort foods and refrain from serving tap water and watered down iced tea.

We had the best experience at this hotel.. My husband and I don't usually write reviews but we had to this time because this hotel and its staff deserve it! My husband and I arrived at Orlando at 5am after a 6 hour delayed flight, I am 6 months pregnant so I needed to place to rest before we continued on our journey - when we arrived at the front desk we were greeted by a very friendly and cheerful lady named Jessica - she saw I was pregnant and my back was killing me - so she took it upon herself to upgrade us to an awesome room! The decor was contemporary yet modern and cozy very comfortable beds, best sleep ever! In the morning we ate breakfast there - it was very good - fresh juice, fruits excellent staff service!we highly recommend this hotel :) will be back again - Gloria and Alex

Close to the airport. They have a shuttle. Good food options around. The gym is pretty nice and the pool is really relaxing. The hotel bar is actually really fun too.

Great hotel. Spectacular amenities. Staff is unbelievable, always happy, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Like the pool,the gym and meeting rooms. I'll recommend it for corporate meetings and events.

Parked my car overnight, hotel looked safe, shuttle is available every 30 minutes

Bugs in first room they gave me, then parking gate didnt work everyday of our stay. Who wants to have to ask the counter everytime you come or go to let you in or out? Not a happy customer.

I was at Renaissance for an event in a conference room. The area was clean with nice colors. I believe the corridors to be on the narrow side especially when people are waiting in the hallways. Connected nearby is the hotel lobby with a small coffee shop. There was even a piano there, which I tried. Parking is validated at the front desk

The room was ok, but I was most impressed by the restaurant and staff. They were great and had excellent customer service.

Hotel was very nice, service at breakfast was horrible. The wait staff was very unfriendly , the omlette chef was great. The bowls were empty. Very disappointed for a beautiful hotel.

stylish, updated hotel. Gave us a real metal crib and mattress instead of a packnplay. Concierge lounge was adequate and the bacon was perfect. Shuttle service was punctual and helpful

My son and I were guests here on 7-2-18 as a last minute arrival (2 am). The staff was professional, kind and courteous. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The managers were visible and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Hotel lobby is beautiful, rooms are decent. Not too many amenities in the room, no water bottles, mini fridge empty. Vending machine on my floor was out of water and internet SUPER slow. (25MB download speed) Couldn't play anything on PS4 without Lag. Bed was very comfy though! Other than internet and water situation, which was my personal experience, it's a good hotel.

This hotel was a lot more fancy than I expected. The room was clean and well appointed, the staff was very attentive. It's less than 5 minutes to the airport and yet I didn't hear a plane. I recommend this location, its very good.

Not as nice as i expected although i heard if you book online versus direct, the rooms will be the less premium. Once they removed the hair ball (and whatever that was) from the tub drain it worked out fine. The other thing i didnt like was paying for parking??? 130 for one night and they charge 12 for the parking lot?! Not again.

Well hotel remind me of spirit airline ..they want charge you for everything wifi water breakfast. Nice lobby and ok room but ain't worth....

Nice hotel but during a very cold spell my room had no heat - blew only cold air. Was told by front desk the hotel does not have heat (as in ever) - which is illegal! I used both comforters and the blow dryer to warm the place up! Upon chk out after I again informed them of the situation I was told their heat is 'limited' - whatever that means. Hopefully this will be fixed!?

The lobby is very stylish with beautiful furnishings. However, the room was outdated. When we left our room for the day, there were 3 housekeepers in the hallway who watched us leave and even greeted us. We returned in the evening to find a dirty room and wet towels. We called the front office to report and they sent up 3 bath towels, but offered no cleaning services. I will not return to Renaissance Orlando.

Reservation over the phone. Suck. I gave the guy my credit card #. He never said thank you. Once I gave him my credit card number he hung up. How do I know that he did not go on spending spree. That what it felt like. I had to call back. To talk to someone. That girl told me my reservation confirmation # was emailed to me. That guy should have finished his job. Not just hang up. I waited on phone 6mins. Ty,9a

The restaurant staff could use some training in customer service and being nice. Totally make you feel unwelcome. Can't ask for anything without some attitude. The hotel is very nice but that restaurant..... Good grief!!!

Old hotel but they are doing a good job keeping it up. Concierge lounge is nice and lobby is beautiful. Conference area restrooms need some love.
