Loved our stay here, a nice view on the 11th floor. beautiful, well kept room with a nice bathroom, very comfortable King size bed (I have a dodgy back). a decent sitting area with a two seater and a single and also a desk. Service is great, breakfast was nice.
Love it here, amazing staff , fantastic rooms, great location, always stay here when in Manchester
A good hotel in the centre of the city. Stuffs are friendly and helpful. Room size is really big.
The location is excellent and the staff are friendly but unfortunately there is no refrigerator in the room and the safety box needs a change
Staff are great! Everyone is very friendly and helpful !!!
Overal the room was great, only the shower curtain smells bad, makes the entire bathroom smells bad. Breakfast was great. Location is perfect close to shopping street.
Dreadful experience!!! Extremely hot and stuffy, air - con faulty but engineer got it fixed quickly however very poor ventilation.Possibly hotel has sick building syndrome - had to abandon stay and leave
Slow bar service at night and a long wait for breakfast the following morning. But very spacious room clean and comfy. Will stay again.
Had to change rooms at 1am due to air conditioning blowing extremely hot.
Was up at 4am.so only for 2 hours sleep
Extortionate prices for food and drink
Only real complaint was weak water pressure in the shower, but amazing location and really friendly staff.
Good hotel, old but well maintained. Bit pricey. Busy location but streets can get crowded @ peak hours. Need to plan well if you are departing during peak hours.
Good breakfast, large well equipped room, prompt service at reception and with a smile. Gym pass offered for local Nuffield which is good as needed to book a hotel with gym. Dated in appearance but ok for a Manchester hotel. Not sure if there is parking available as I wasn t driving.
I attended an event here, the staff were very helpful.
Good place. Vegetarian food was decent. Nice looking venue. Rooms were massive. Would consider going again.
Used the hotel parking facilities via Just Park. Significantly cheaper than other places to park in town and given you need to get through a roller shutter or code locked gate to get back to the car, gives an extra but of confidence about your car being safe.
Went to a Sony mobile event. Great food staff helpful. Had a great time.
Great hotel with good breakfast buffet. Recommended. Centrally located
As 4* should be more cleaner bathroom, rusty accesories, extractor fan blowing the air instead of sucking it, bathroom wet all night, but still under renovation, hope they fix it. overall good service, pool and saunas clean, lockers many damaged at leisure centre, the restaurant ok, food as it should be
Great central venue for conference. Lovely food and refreshments
Nice hotel to stay in the city center near to the shopping arena and arndale mall..
Needs refurbishment was dated for 4 star staff excellent hotel no
Excellent food and service. Rooms are roomy but need updating.
Beautiful hotel with amazing staff who really do go the extra mile. If you can, get a high floor room. The views are amazing! Love it.
Amazing location for central Manchester! The staff on reception were really helpful and kind, super quick check in and check out was painless. We had a large room for 3+ a baby which was well equipped, quiet and clean. A nice touch was a little set of free cosmetics for my baby. The bathroom was the only let down... Seemed a little tired and in need of an update to bring it in line with the rest of the decor.
A little outdated. Bathrooms need upgrades. Good rennaisance service as always. Right in city center and walking distance to all the attractions.
Very nice hired venue with great staff and atmosphere.
Room was really nice, bathroom a bit basic. Excellent location in centre of Manchester which is close to Manchester Victoria station and arndale shopping centre.
Attended a dinner in the main ballroom. Food was nice.
Excellent hotel food very good rooms excellent what more would you want from very good 4star hotel
All staff extremely friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful would highly recommend.
Great hotel and staff. The big bed may have been the most comfortable ever! One minor disappointment was that there was an ice bucket in the room but no ice available. After searching but not finding, I called downstairs. Had to pay room service charge to get a bucket of ice! Also don't try to go downstairs to get a to go coffee to take back to your room. This confuses them greatly. Pay the extra charge and have RS deliver a big caraffe to your room.
Crowne plaza far better for similar price.Overall a little dissapointed.
Nice hotel, centrally located, spacious rooms. Could use some updating.
Only went for a conference so didn't see rooms so can't rate any higher.
Very well equipped room, with excellent bed. Slightly dated bathroom but everything worked fine. Good conferencing facilities and excellent food and drink.
Stayed here in February, very friendly staff on check-in. Nice size room with good views.
Excellent ,top class hotel in Manchester city centre .
Doesn't look much from the outside but inside is lovely, the room's were big and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The only thing i would say is the drinks are extortionate price's as i ordered 2 large gins with all the More
Convenient location, great service, great hotel for short city break
Conveniently located, clean and modern hotel, helpful staff
Good hotel with good city views. Friendly staff at reception and in hotel
Excellent service and buffet breakfast. No business centre and gym requires a five min walk to another building
For me the rooms are great cleaning excellent and very good attention at reception all very good.
Nice hotel but lots of niggles, toilet broken, taken to wrong room, some electric sockets didn't work, not aware of us at breakfast time, so long wait. The staff were brilliant though.
Great venue, freindly staff and a warm welcoming me. Recommend every time
Conveniently situated for as attractions and city centre. Lovely big room and big bed. Superb breakfast. Highly recommended
It was an amazing hotel. Great service and beautiful rooms
Fantastic hotel in perfect city centre location. Staff couldn't have been friendlier. Room was spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be back
Stopped over fro a night and hotel is Ideally located if you want to be in the centre or Manchester. Room was large and spotless. Couldn't hear any noise from outside so was pleasantly surprised.
Was at a seminar here, a bit dated. Only criticism was when lunch was served we had to sit on the floor like primary school. Very uncomfortable.
Very nice. Limited to a conference experience but still, very nice.
Friendly staff, nice big room. Amazing breakfast with very helpful and attentive waiting staff. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Very warm welcome and great location.
Great downtown location. Tons of restaurants and bars nearby. Can walk to Northern Quarter in about 7 min.
Small hotel, not well maintained rooms. Seems old rooms, bathroom. Breakfast is nice and has good options. It's near to city center and mall. It's ok to stay for a night or two not for long stays
A decent hotel which an option of beverages. Nice venue for a business event or meetings although parking will be an issue.
