Good breakfast, large well equipped room, prompt service at reception and with a smile. Gym pass offered for local Nuffield which is good as needed to book a hotel with gym. Dated in appearance but ok for a Manchester hotel. Not sure if there is parking available as I wasn t driving.

Used the hotel parking facilities via Just Park. Significantly cheaper than other places to park in town and given you need to get through a roller shutter or code locked gate to get back to the car, gives an extra but of confidence about your car being safe.

Amazing location for central Manchester! The staff on reception were really helpful and kind, super quick check in and check out was painless. We had a large room for 3+ a baby which was well equipped, quiet and clean. A nice touch was a little set of free cosmetics for my baby. The bathroom was the only let down... Seemed a little tired and in need of an update to bring it in line with the rest of the decor.

Great hotel and staff. The big bed may have been the most comfortable ever! One minor disappointment was that there was an ice bucket in the room but no ice available. After searching but not finding, I called downstairs. Had to pay room service charge to get a bucket of ice! Also don't try to go downstairs to get a to go coffee to take back to your room. This confuses them greatly. Pay the extra charge and have RS deliver a big caraffe to your room.

Small hotel, not well maintained rooms. Seems old rooms, bathroom. Breakfast is nice and has good options. It's near to city center and mall. It's ok to stay for a night or two not for long stays
