Nice hotel and good staff and great food service...

Depressing. I had to stay for a cancellation on a flight, it is practical because of the location, but it is definitely a hotel with nothing to highlight. Sad, impersonal, careless.

Nice place if you are stuck at the airport, but would not choose it as a vacation choice. Nice rooms, buffet meals, small but decent workout space with steam room and saunas. Good buffet and bar. The concierges are excellent though!! They really take care of you and help you get the best out of London on a short stay.

Fully refurb Ed since our last visit in 2015. Only a slight rumble from the northern runway to the south.

Rooms outdated small but bed was comfortable and clean.



Internet was fast, when connected, it kept dropping out from my room unless I was in the bathroom.

Breakfast was a disaster. Due to renovations it is being served in conference area with food on carts in the hallway. I ended up leaving after trying a bit of everything. Everything was cold and stale. Eggs, hashbrowns, bacon. Grilled tomatoes were good. And fruit was ok.

Because it was fantastic to be able to watch the planes take off and land so close up and because Gaelee was the best ever waitress in the restaurant where we had our breakfast and I hope that the hotel give her the pay rise she deserves!

Perfect hotel for Heathrow, close, affordable with great parking, great rooms, great staff and an on site Starbucks.

If you re landing and want to sleep after the red-eye, or want to stay at a hotel close to the airport for a morning flight the convenience, proximity and service of the Renaissance can t be beat.

Still clean and comfortable, breakfast is OK, there are poached eggs and porridge, the location is very close to the airport

Restaurant food is disgraceful and expencive. Hotel itself is tired looking but it's right near the airport. Great to stay there for 1 night.

Went in for dinner and drinks and was completely ignored.
Noisy kids which the staff took no notice of although the other diners were not happy with the noise

Just stayed one night before a flight then left car parked while we away. The room was excellent and staff were polite, professional and helpful. Great breakfast!

Reasonable facilities and service, one of the receptionists struggled to communicate briefly but others were fine. The bath tub in my room had a few pieces of hair when I first entered the room, but everything else seemed fine, at least on the surface. I was disappointed that there is no swimming pool in the hotel

The staff is over the top polite and courteous. Clean, well maintained.

Very convenient location, and you can't hear the airplanes even though it's next to the runway.

Good breakfast, the room is comfortable, it is close to terminal 2 of the Heathrow and the bus station. The wifi is good.

I wasn t happy at all! 1st I booked a room with bath separated, not close to the wall, exactly the same like on the picture, and I asked twice if I ll get the same bath, they said yes, when I opened the door I was shocked!!! They gave me completely different room! I told them 7th will be my birthday, can they make something in the room, they said yes! Nothing! Completely nothing! 2nd thing, room was booked for two, why we had only one pare of slippers and one bathrobe? Why??? 3rd thing, how it possible in room 4* stars hotel they don t even have the water? I have to drink water from where??? I ve been everywhere, I ve seen a lot of hotels 3-4 stars with much better quality of service! Very disappointed and been very sad on my birthday at this hotel. Doesn t look like a 4 stars at all. Don t recommend this hotel! Guys just waste of time and money, you can find 4 stars hotels much better in this area!!!

Stayed here overnight, lovely staff. We left our car here for 10 nights free of charge whilst we holidayed in the states, all hassle free.

Very large and extremely comfortable plus it's directly next to Heathrow airport for ease and convenience.

Big reception area ok food and a lovely room just right for a pre flight lay over. A pity they charge for the airport shuttle

The best hotel staff I have encountered. They were sincerely happy to help their guests. They upgraded us to a suite from a wheelchair accessible room so they could accommodate three of us in one room. They arranged a wheelchair accessible van for us to the airport on just a few hours notice. The room was very nice. The food was good at the restaurant there too. Great gift shop and little coffee/deli.

Great hotel but not accross the street from Heathrow as advertised, I would say 20 min bus ride or 25$ ride from the airport.

Great hotel before flying. Good value nice breakfast and comfortable beds. Shower is superb.

Great venue for indian weddings following refurb 2017

It was pretty standard for a hotel. Nothing exceptional but nothing amiss.

My car was broken into. The car park is targeted by thieves. The police told me the hotel is well informed of this but still puts peoples property at risk. The hotel offered absolutely NO assistance after the incident and were only interested in making me aware they were not liable. DO NOT LEAVE YOU RE CAR AT THIS HOTEL

A hotel near Heathrow where the plane was delayed. Skipped because the hotel meal was devastating because the time was late. Well, it was a minimum feeling. It would be totally different if it was Kings Cross.

Awesome views of the runway. Great for plane spotting as you can stay nice and warm.

Very comfortable, great for flights in and out of Heathrow.

Very nice hotel. Ended up here after a series of mishaps with the airlines. Best breakfast buffet I have seen. Spot on with the yogurt bar. Room was great for the night.

Nice staff, great food / buffet (except for the burger, which is terrible), nice rooms, everything clean and tasteful, fitness room well equipped!

Just stayed here overnight because of a cancelled flight, but they were accommodating and the roollm was cozy and comfortable.

I'll rate the showers well as the water temperature is on point and if you enjoy having a fight with a bed sheet to untuck it then you'll love sleep time here at the renaissance..
Now the food... never have I paid 15 pound for fish and chips that doesn't come with vinegar.

The Italian pizza is a shocker, not only does it stand as the most un-italian thing I have eaten but it looks like an out of date naan bread that's been well over toasted.

Milk was off in the room and 9pound per glass of vino is an outrage.

Onion rings are just a basic circle of grease.

And to add to barrel of fun that is my stay at Heathrow the wall paper is peeling off my wall at a rapid rate.

Hats off to the geezer that owns this gaff as he must be rolling in it, laughing his heed off.

Rooms r spacious and clean ..staff takes care and r so helpful

Smooth check-in n professional staff. Clean n welcoming lobby. V nice room, quality of facilities was good, excellent bed and bedding. Stunning view of runway n the double glazing excluded pretty much all of the sound of jet engines when I had the inner window shut. Restaurant food was pretty good. 2 of my party had the buffet n 2 ordered from the menu. Waiting service could be improved (although the staff were nice and friendly it was early when we ate, it wasnt full and our waiter was a bit slow n needed reminding about our order...but that is nit-picking). We didnt have breakfast because we planned to eat in the lounge at the terminal, so can't comment. Check out also v swift n transfer to terminals arranged n organised well. Hotel location v convenient. All in all this was a v good choice to overnight before a flight involving a morning departure. Will use this hotel again.

I would recommend this hotel over any other in the area. Thank you so much for making our overnight stay a lovely experience. The ladies in the restaurant are amazing ( weather it be dinner or breakfast ) so friendly even when they are rushed of their feet, they are still smiling and making sure you have everything you need. 10/10 should mention it s all the staff that are 10/10

Airport hotel. Does what it has to. Car parking brilliant.

Very close to the airport. Clean beds, bathroom, excellent restaurant and bar. Receptionist was so nice! After a 10 hour flight on no sleep landed me at London Heathrow where I was scheduled for 10 more hours of work, it was nice to quickly checkin, eat and sleep. Normally I post pictures but was just too tired. Room was large for the price. No 110V so as most places bring a converter and you will be just fine.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip to Europe, although you wouldn't guess it based on the outside. The room was clean, the staff was great, and the executive lounge was the best I've seen.

Food was ok, there is a stairway to the ground floor rooms, if you have heavy bags this is a problem. Heathrow is a cab or bus ride away, not free. No way to walk the half mile to the terminal. We will find a B&B near Paddington next time. The Heathrow exptess is 20 mins from Paddington.

Located near to Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3. Great view from rooms facing runway, rooms are pretty good but service is not that great.

All very clean, they have no idea of Spanish, nor do anything to understand it, but the views of the airport are impressive.

The bar serves as a restaurant between breakfast and dinner. Close to the airport and easy to access. Just what I needed for a lay over.

Nice staff. Easy to access by bus from Heathrow. Had trouble with the Wifi the first night.

My second stay at this hotel and I found it to be clean, comfortable, modern and pleasant. The staff are helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Only problem is the car park is huge and busy so you sometimes have a bit of a trek with your bags

I needed an hotel to stay a few hours during a long transfer. The Renaissance got the job done, although some guests were louder than expected.

A nice place to stay when you miss your connecting flight due to delays.
