Love the culture and collaboration between departments!

In addition to the original job request the rep. Was able to complete a new 2nd light fixture installation during the same service call saving me time and money.

The customer service here is in desperate need of improvement. I called with a billing question and the representative was very rude and hung up on me.

Poor customer service. Havent come back out to fix problems with applance.
